I may stick around but also start my own more down-to-earth RP and hope it doesn't die in a heartbeat like R Ps like to do.
I'm done here.I know that feeling well. Very well.
I get where you're coming from, Zeal.
"Dang that sure is totally poggers my good bitch"Late-stage Team Iron bios.
Leslie and Martin Dekalb-Owens
Questioning which of Leslie and Martin is which may be missing the point somewhat. Each has made concessions to the natural appearance of the other, with streaked hair, a colored contact each, and clothing designed to minimize the effect of sex on appearance.
Leslie and Martin met long before Team Iron, and have been partners in every sense for almost the entirety of their murky and highly dubious colleagueship. Though a loving and devoted couple to each other, their affections end there, and they bring almost no emotion to their work.
Team
Roy the Nidoking and Reina the Nidoqueen: Roy and Reina mirror the dynamics of Leslie and Martin, and much like a mirror get certain elements backwards. Vicious and highly passionate.
Necrosyrtes the Mandibuzz and Aquilas the Braviary: Singlehandedly working to revive the stereotype of birds as Chaotic Evil.
Knight the Gallade and Maiden the Froslass: Atypically for Leslie and Martin's team, not a couple. Approximately as creative and witty as their names, these two provide muscle for the Dekalb-Owens.
Dunsparce didn't stop being a thing or anything.-hugs Zeal-
GIVE ME YOUR FACEIs it OK if my characters throw a Halloween party for the J-Team at the Leauge center to set up for stuff? It'll be for the week or so.

Contact Me!"Dang that sure is totally poggers my good bitch"
Totally.
So I finally have something figured out for my reserved Mobius Admin slot. So, without further ado...
Doctor Tina Robinson
- Age: 36
- Gender: Female
- Appearance: ~5'7 woman, black hair, usually seen in a labcoat. Pale skin. You can never really get a good look at her face for some reason. Looking her in the eyes is really hard.
- Ethnicity: Caucasian
- Rank: Administrator
- Bio:
- After Echo's great big dramatic leave from The Mobius Society, there was a significant gap in Mobius's power structure and resources. Dr. Robinson stepped in at just the right time to help provide as much resources as possible, earning Echo's old spot in the process. She is a powerful Ghost-type specialist who acts really intense and scary about her job, but get her off the topic of work and it turns out she's just a huge dork. That said, she can't wait to find her predecessor and brag about having an actual real doctorate degree unlike someone!
Pokemon
- Bartemaeus the Gengar
- Gender: Male
- Bio: People are bound to be scared by Dr. Robinson, and old Barty loves every bit of it. He's been with Dr. Robinson since the beginning, knowing that she had a habit of freaking people out, and stuck with her to get a taste of that sweet, tasty panic. It's an addiction, really.
- Grit the Palossand
- Gender: Female
- Bio: Grit has it all figured out. Every single action is carefully orchestrated to fit the plan. Every interaction, every decision, every move she makes is all part of the plan. What is the plan? Nobody knows what the plan is. Barty doesn't know. Dr. Robinson doesn't know. Corvan doesn't know. Grit probably doesn't know. It's just part of the plan.
- Corvan the Sensu Oricorio
- Gender: what the fuck is a gender
- Bio: Once a Murkrow in a past life, Corvan was by pure chance reincarnated into the one Ghost-type that could, like, not be a ghost if they wanted. Honestly, they want nothing to do with Dr. Robinson, which is why they aspire to lead a double life among the Bronze Birds! To be a hero! They've got it all planned out — moonlight as a Baile Oricorio, and fight crime against all odds! It has not occured to them that they're basically planning to be a reverse Donny Poultergeist.
Looks nice. Corvan already shows a lot of promise.
"Dang that sure is totally poggers my good bitch"Peace. Quiet... It's been at least 15 years since the last major conflict, perhaps things are finally over, with so many civilizations come and go for a variety of reasons. Perhaps this one is finally free to build itself up.
-A Scream is heard as a laser fires-
Or Perhaps not.
Hello everyone, here is a small little Glitch arc inspired by Breath of the Wild. I just recently revealed the Glitch in question and this arc will involve dealing with him, and uncovering a lost civilization that it laid waste to. You could say the story is somewhat experimental in a sense, but largely about discovery and seeing how things have changed vs how they haven't. Ruins around the world become available to all those that go hunting for the secrets of this civilization.
Followed by one central boss, awaiting to be met by everyone. He has to take his time to get to the final location, so the arc is following the words of a long gone civilization to learn about how to deal with this thing.
I'm open to suggestions and such, anyone care to join?
I was already planning on throwing a few characters in this thing's directon, and I'm all right with it in general as long as there is significant Pokemon involvement in the arc's plot.

Contact Me!Of course there will be significant Pokemon involvement. I hope to make a realistic society not a perfect one, and in the world of Pokemon. That involves Pokemon.
I agree on point A. Point 1 I'll go with the majority, but I think coming up with a good plan of how to account for newbies/returning people over a multi regional arc would be a good idea
"life is just a series of increasingly canon-eluding ao3 tags" ~ everydunsparce "Keep your hellfruit away from me, tempter" ~ also EveryLiterally what Crow said.
(If anyone still needs to get in on the Discord server on my end there is a link in my sig.)
Contact Me!Small update on the Guardian of the Wild Arc. It will be kicked off with Jester being released from his prison and a island being revealed. To give everyone a idea of how things will work, the island will be totally free to explore with 6 major "Locations" involved. "Gyms" of sorts, I may even try to draw a map of the island for everyone. The biggest emphasis here is seeing how this society differed from others and using your pokemon teams to sort out puzzles and solve challenges.
Hope to see the volunteers there!
Bit of a note, I am... Kinda sorta taking a break, more taking it easy due to stress buildup. I will still be poking at the RP but have a lot of Discord channels (and some non-WAAPT servers) muted. Ping me if you need me, (or just want me to see a post) I will be distracted by Super Mario Odyessey and Final Fantasy XIV more frequently than usual, among other things.
I should be back in about a week.

Contact Me!Silence: I'll need to think of who I'll have there, but tentative interest.
Umbra: Hope you feel better
"life is just a series of increasingly canon-eluding ao3 tags" ~ everydunsparce "Keep your hellfruit away from me, tempter" ~ also Every- Name: Marco Jevan
- Rank: Intern
- Gender: Male
- Ethnicity: Caucasian
- Appearance: Marco has slightly tanned skin and wavy brown hair that falls in his eyes. Said eyes are amber-y in color, probably the most noteworthy thing about him. He's about 5'9" and has a skinny build. Looks mildly irritated about 75% of the time.
- Personality: Generally pretty sour, especially when working. He puts on a pretty convincing cheery facade when his bosses are around, though. Though he's pretty prickly most of the time, he has one soft spot- he loves Lyranroc. Like, seriously. Show him of a Lycanroc or Rockruff doing something cute, he'll probably melt into a puddle.
- Backstory: Marco lived a fairly normal life aside from one thing- growing up he wasn't allowed to have any pokemon. The effects of this weren't immediately obvious- but years later it ended up driving a rift between Marco and his parents. As soon as he was able to, he left home with a bunch of Rockruffs (some now Lycanrocs) he'd befriended in secret as a child. He cut all ties with his parents and left home to live on his own. Unfortunately, that meant getting a job to support himself. Luckily Mobius was hiring!
Mons
- Name: Arianne
- Species: Rockruff
- Gender: Female
- Ability: Steadfast
- Personality/Bio: The oldest of Marco's mons, contrary to what a lot of people seem to think. (She says she's just been waiting for the right moment to evolve or something like that). Her outer trickstery nature conceals a wise mind.
- Name: Luc
- Species: Midday Lycanroc
- Gender: Male
- Ability: Sand Rush
- Personality/Bio: A larger than average Midday Lycanroc (he's about 3 ½ feet tall on all fours). Despite, or perhaps because of, his height he has a gentle bordering on timid disposition. He prefers not to fight unless his aid is absolutely necessary. He seems to have known Arianne for a long time.
- Name: Amelia
- Species: Rockruff
- Gender: Female
- Ability: Keen Eye
- Personality/Bio: She tries her best. Amelia is the youngest of the three, and it kind of shows. While the other two have.. Some modicum of experience with fighting Amelia has less than them. (And that's saying a lot, since even Luc only battled enough to the point where he could evolve). But again, she tries and she makes up for her lack of experience with determination.
That took me much longer to make than it should have ;u;
off the shitsSo since I need to figure out some more things, who all (besides Crow) was interested in the Companions arc?
(Also Silence I'll probably toss Shaun at the BOTW plot)
"Dang that sure is totally poggers my good bitch"
The reason's that what I find fun to write doesn't really fit with what everyone else does.
Like, WAAPT constantly adds new things to the setting as more and more people worldbuild, but that results more and more with people building arcs around those new elements rather than elements from the games. Like, every one of my characters could be transplanted into canon Pokémon and the only required addition would be mindscapes but that isn't the case for, like, almost anyone else.
WAAPT's always been over-the-top but I increasingly feel out of place year by year just trying to write Pokémon, which is the reason I joined in the first place. Trying to post is more a source of stress nowadays than a source of fun like it used to be.
I'm done here.
