Okay.

First thing you'll need to know: Here's a link to the website containing the relevant data, including the Player's Handbook.

I'll be accepting anything from within this site.

Basically, the story goes like this-

We are in Kanto. Rumours of trouble have been surfacing- Men and women in black clothes have been stealing Pokemon, natural disasters have started to occur more and more frequently, and wild Pokemon have become more aggressive.

It is up to you and a group of your friends to determine what's happening, and put a stop to it before people get majorly hurt!

Things for Players-

You can start off with any of the Starter Pokemon for Kanto, Johto or Hoenn. Not Sinnoh, though.

Alternate Pokemon may be given, but must be asked for, and is up to my discretion.

When you have decided on your starter Pokemon... I believe that's the point I need to give you your stats. So, if you've got your character sheet written up, post it here along with the Pokemon you wish to have, and I'll give you your base stats ^_^

Ten to fifteen. Sixteen and beyond is at the point you'd probably be considered an adult here, so that's the limit.

Physical Description:
Jasper is skinny, with short spiky black hair which is mostly hidden by his hat. His eyes are hazel, getting greener the more excited he is. He's dresses in cargo pants, a red t-shirt and a black open vest with a pokeball symbol on the back. He also doesn't go anywhere without his bucket hat, which has a half pokeball like the PC from Diamond.

Personality:
Jasper is a mess of contradictions. He's quiet but outspoken. A loner who likes to be in a group. Never a leader but always suggesting direction. This generally boils down to the idea that he's laid-back, only doing something when he thinks it's necessary. So he sits and watches, only speaking briefly. He prefers to get into a position where he can finish quickly, whether that be by building a balanced team and reconning his opponents, or quietly shuffling round the room to grab the last donut.

Just to make sure its' legal. Looking at the link INUH provided above and the Player's Handbook therein:

So your HP would be 48 (4x11 plus 1x4).

Cyndaquil is as follows:

You can add 4 stats to the Cyndaquil.

I'm still working on mine. Was going to do it last night, but I had the worst headache.

I'll be out of town without steady internet for a few days, but I should be able to manage a post with my iPhone once I get my character made. I'll probably be starting with a Bulbasaur.

Also, how much money do we start with?
