Hm, the narration keeps giving info dumps I can't imagine would work well in comic form,and I have to wonder how much of the story changed with the format change.

The reveal is about the twins being Days. Sure it was hinted at, but vaguely (and slowly) enough that it completely flew over my head and I bet a bunch of other heads.
I'm really enjoying the sibling dynamics here. Zoey and Max clearly care for each other, even if she doesn't always understand why he does what he does.

The last we saw of these two, chronologically. Hm, the vampire Ritz is in thrall to is the only one who isn't shown going after Ritz at the end. And Gage mentions thralls separately from food. So it seems that there's more to becoming a thrall than just getting bit (if it involves that at all).
