I replied in that thread.
But basically, go to the Cutlist (it's linked inthe toolbar on the side of any main wiki page under Tools) and put the name of the trope and a reason to cut it in the form at the top right. The better the reason you give, the more probability that the cutmasters will cut it.

There is a Trope Repair Shop discussion here
about Kind Red Eyes trope. In the end, most participants decided it's just an aversion/subversion of Red Eyes, Take Warning and shouldn't exist as a separate trope and the page should be cut.
But it seems no one left in the discussion (me included) is sure what to do now. Can I just add the trope page to cut list and put the link to the discussion thread as reason? Must a crowner be made? Should any mod/admin be contacted?
