Preparing to leave. I'm going explore the Islands I haven't been too yet, there was an island of interest that I saw on a rather old map of the I found. A Island entirely populated by "Pokemon that Glitter". Most recent maps don't add that island for obvious reasons, but I wish to go there.

-Hoists bag onto shoulder-

But I have some time to spare before I leave.

The power of the amulet was boosted at the moment I activated it, it is possible that as well as affecting my team, the boost may have given me a... Passive aura of the same psionic energies as the Attract move.

<Legion: "Shame that the same thing doesn't work quite as well as on glass and concrete...">

<Slenderman: "It's getting there, just give it a little time.">

<AU!Audrey: "You know, you could try lying to a Lucario who isn't any good at reading Auras...">

<AU!Audrey: "Well, I'm fairly sure that there's a lot of things that he's done that he probably doesn't want to talk about. But does he really seem like the kind of Pokemon who's proud of doing those sorts of things?">

<9-Volt: "I suppose you're right... But does he really think that he can just walk away from his past? I mean, I know that he would have probably gotten killed if he didn't do as he was told and all, but still...">

<AU!Audrey: "Just between you and me, but it feels like Vektor's worried about the exact same thing.">

<9-Volt: "So he's guilt tripping. Isn't that the way that he ought to feel though?">

<AU!Audrey: "Well... I mean... On one level, yes... But does it really improve anything if Vektor lives the rest of his life without ever really being at peace with himself?">

Trainer: "HEY!"

-The Pokemon accompanying the two have their attention turned to a Pidgeot attempting to fly away with the picnic basket-

-Dragonbreaths the Pidgeot-

-Drops the picnic basket from a great height up and flies off-

-Which is snatched out of midair by the form of a Charizard-

<9-Volt: "Hey, don't beat yourself up about it. It turned out alright, didn't it?">

<Vektor: "Oh! Um... Yeah, I guess it did... But... How come you're telling me that? I thought that you said that you hated my guts...">

<9-Volt: "Well hey, I give credit where it's due. And besides... You seemed like you could use a little encouragement.">

<Vektor: "... Thanks, 9-Volt...">

/b/-tard: "... Did I just miss something? I thought that 9-Volt and Vektor didn't interact much..."

Trainer: "They normally don't... I wonder if they've been getting closer lately..."

<AU!Vlad: "But why's Nadia going? I thought that she was staying with one of the interns with me...">

<AU!Nadia: "Well... I kinda had a favor that I asked Tracer to do for me...">

<Claus: "Oh? What was that?">

<AU!Nadia: "I wanted to try and find a really close friend of mine in this universe...">

-Fool picks one of the huge, pink berries off Kaepora's neck and takes a bite out of it. It is incredibly sweet and juicy-

???: Hmm... Yeah. I think she does realize that she doesn't have to impress her or anything, since she does still have the rest of you who do see and appreciate her accomplishments... Still, it seems part of her is still bitter that the girl just left like that, with no explaination, not saying good-bye, and leaving things between them not fully resolved.

Inner Child: Wouldn't you be sad if one of your friends-

???: Please, I don't get all emotional just because someone leaves me. Nothing can last forever you know.

Inner Child: It's not like it's impossible!

???: ... Well, I suppose it can, but-

- Some sort of roar can be heard in the distance -

???: Hmm... Must be an inner demon. Odds are good that Platinum Heroine is already fighting it. Let's go.

- Begins heading in the direction of the source of the sound -

Sometime last night...

- Latias is talking to her Applejack plushie -

Latias: All right, Applejack! I'll be leaving you in the care of my sister for a little while, because I have been entrusted with a very important mission! (grins) I know! Isn't it exciting? They've asked me to help them find the magical amulet that Pentigan lost, so that its effects may be reversed! (pets the plushie on the head) I know you'll be a good girl and stay out of trouble while I'm out. (begins to leave) Well, I'd better get going! See you later, Applejack! (steps out of the hotel room and heads outside, dropping the illusion and assuming her true form, and flying off in search of the amulet)

-Inside his ball, Shift chuckles to himself for the awesome prank he is currently pulling off, he looks at the thing he swallowed and re-engorges it-

- Latias is flying around, wondering where she should begin her search -

Latias: <Hmm... Where do I begin?> (notices two Pidgey in a tree) <Oh, maybe they can give me a hint!>

- Latias flies over to the Pidgey -

Pidgey 1: <Do you think that monster is as scary as everyone says?>

Pidgey 2: <Even scarier!>

Pidgey 1: <Ooh...>

Latias: (clears throat) <Excuse me, gentlemen.>

- Both Pidgey's look surprised at seeing the legendary -

Latias: <Sorry to interrupt your conversation, but do you know where I may find items that may have washed up somewhere?>

Pidgey 1: <Uh... I think there is a beach over in that direction.> (points)

Latias: <Oh! That sounds like a good place to start! Thanks!>

Pidgey 2: <Wait!>

Latias: <Hmm?>

Pidgey 2: <Before you go... Have you heard of this monster that is currently on the islands, eating all the Pokémon?>

Pidgey 1: <Would you be interested in helping us? I bet not even the monster could stand up to a legendary!>

Latias: <Oh, I am very sorry, but I can't help you with that. I have to find a lost magical artifact that is like, very, very, very important!> (flies off) <Good luck with that monster thing!>

Pidgey 1: <...? A lost magical artifact?>

- The two Pidgey exchange confused glances -

-After finishing the Berry, Kaepora and Fool fly off into the night... A storm is brewing-

-Heading to the island of destination, the winds become gale force. Kaepora is battered by them and starts getting tired after a period of time-

-Fool and Kaepora are blown of course, and start tumbling down to an Island Below-

-Kaepora and Fool land on the island. Both unconscious-

-Sol is in the backyard, watching all her Pokemon that she's acquired over the past few months play. Cuddlekins walks up to Sol and sits by her side-

^Cuddlekins^: ^You shouldn't have gone back Sol. Now they they're going to rat you out at all costs^

I got out of there. Twice.

^Cuddlekins^: ^You got lucky twice. Now I bet that Unova is going to send all of it top agents to try and get you. Alive. Just so they can off you there.^

Must you be so cynical? I will keep low from now on, for the rest of my life. And besides Cuddlekins, look at all the new friends that we've made in Unova!

-Fool points to the all the Pokemon she acquired on her journey to Unova and back-

^Cuddlekins^: ^But at what cost! You have an entire region trying to kill you! You were hiding in a cave for a month! Everyone is out to get you! I have every reason to be worried!^

-Cuddlekins starts gnawing a tree root out of frustration-

-A Pokemon approaches the duo-

-The Tyranitar goes back to playing with the Zebstrika like before-
