She glanced over at Sholto for a few moments. It was... a bit odd, to say the least. She'd only just met him- she'd never even heard of him in her life before up until now, and yet... he reminded her of someone. She wasn't sure who, but... she couldn't shake the thought out of her head.
She promptly turned to face her Pokemon.
"Well," she said. "Hopefully we can get Debussy out of his ball sooner or later. For now... I think we should head off."
With that said, she began to walk away.
"My Pokemon and I will be heading to Alola to try and go to Ultra Space," she said. "We have some... business to attend to. Ultra Beast/UBese related business."

Alright, so, this is gonna be a bit of a beefy update, so bear with this wall of text.
So, while I was away, some friends of mine in Orre found a rough draft I'd made of a place where the less fortunate kids of Orre could be brought and taught, getting them out of their living conditions and into an environment where their talents could flourish.
While I was gone, a group of people arrived in Orre from... somewhere. Somewhere unfamiliar. Apparently the dimensional boundaries in the Eclo Wastes had weakened considerably for the time I was in the Walking Mountain. Mobius said that it's because someone was "destabilizing a dimensional waveform through intent observation", but I have no idea what that means. Long story short they're considered Fallers, but don't appear to have lost any memories. Anyway, this group, calling themselves "Librarians", arrived and met with Doctor Mesquite. From there, between my rough draft, the Librarians - who also offered to be the new school's faculty - and the retired Mt. Battle Masters, they managed to get Grandpa Mountain's go ahead to alter the Mt. Battle Facility to expand drastically.
Over the last two and a half years, they've created what I can only describe as "Realgam Tower, but its resources were put towards education rather than private interests". I've spent the last two weeks looking it over and everything is... above board, shockingly enough. Between the Librarians' surprising political savvy and the retired Mt. Battle Masters' clout, they managed to keep away anyone who would try to misappropriate the Mt. Battle Master Office's funds, as well as receiving donations from local businesses. Doctor Mesquite even used Deziree's thesis on Virtual AI to make a new series of Pokedex that can provide sentient, near-true-sapient aid without needing a Rotom breeding program. Which did tickle Deziree something wonderful when she found out.
So, yes. I'd like to announce the opening of Battle Academy, based in Orre, on Mount Battle. We already have our first student, and teachers and faculty to cover all of the needs that the current maximum population of about one hundred students will need. I'm looking into either other branches or expanding the facility, but that's all strictly in the "theoretical" phase right now. Also, if you're concerned about sending any Schoolkids there, don't worry - the faculty have been made aware of the School and their business, and Ludmilla has offered to pair with Selene as Psychic/Paranormal Education teachers. The facility is also Teleport-proofed using what the director of the former Librarians refers to as "the willpower of ego", or something to that effect. Honestly, the Librarians probably deserve their own full-sized discussion, but that's for a later time. Either way - if any of the younger members of the J-Team ever need to brush up on their subjects, or if anyone finds a Schoolkid but is unsure of a safe place to keep them, shoot me a message and I'll let the people at Mt. Battle know you're coming.

She took out her phone, showing Sholto the messages from Stow-on-Side

"Admittedly some of this feels like stuff that while I would have been potentially [interested] in while I was younger I'm not sure if you should be showing people suddenly. Honestly, though, shame you can't talk to him anymore due to whatever's going on but it seems like you've got a goal and something to move towards at least?"

"Anyways, yeah. Vincent and I don't talk anymore. After Stow-on-Side I kind of ended up being a bit too incessant towards him. He comforted me after I fainted during the League and helped me get a demon out of my brain during the League that kept shapeshifting into him and telling me my friends hated me - long story- but after I fought him in the League I told Kendall about what happened and... well, 9-Volt didn't want to talk to me. I... don't think he'll want to again."
She glanced down.
"I think he's reached the point where he's lost all faith in me."

Sholto: "Well... that happens sometimes, unfortunately. Sometimes relationships go swimmingly and you get along great, other times things go sour. If the other person doesn't want to mend them sometimes you have to work with and accept that and not push them into it. Even though I definitely like to get fixated on stuff, I've come to understand the attention can make people feel Weird at times? Don't have much advice beyond that, it can hurt when relationships go sour and it can suck when you're reminded of one that did."
