The Pen obliged and a driver's ID of Dale popped into Pent's hands, showing a legitimate looking record.

Jackal stopped, before tossing Phantom his pDroid, "Coordinate with Obelisk, I've got some explaining to do. I'll be in a moment, Fox. Assist Phantom with setting up the det packs."

Fox saluted and rushed off, "Come on Bird Brain, we got stuff to melt!"

Jackal strutted over, "The Hunter's guild is here because this is the main server house of the Number 2 Hunter Delta. My Arch Enemy. We're here to melt it to slag and upload a virus into his system. We're not pokefutures, we're the Aurabolts. I am Jackal, and I am on a tight timescale."

He stood very close to Coil, "And you have sent the entire mission FUBAR with that entrance, guards will be here, and no doubt Delta himself will become aware, so our timescale has become very small."

Isbrand: "Doesn't look to different from the bridge of the Chaser or the Wing. I can fly her."

-She pauses.-

Isbrand: "Fuck, I'm gonna have to sweep the whole ship for bugs. We can't risk spilling info to Mobius. Or leading anyone to HQ. But after I make sure she's clean, that's what I'll do. Fix her up some more, do some refurbishing, and she'll be a good addition to the fleet. She'll be able to hold her own."

"I'll need some help, though. I could definitely use Diane's hands on m- this. Silas. Echo. Don't trust Memito. Even if she's cute. Not her area of expertise anyway."

-Isbrand remembers she's talking to Mahina, not herself.-

Fox laughed, "Well if he's here or not, we've already got everything slagged!"

Obelisk popped out of the pDroid, "The Virus is uploaded, information is downloaded."

"Clever use of your ability to go intangible Phantom, slagging the server towers from the inside out," Fox noted.

Jackal carried a Peon out, "Alright, we've got security handled, the virus is active. Now it's time to make a expedient exit," He tapped his headset, "Nightingale, get down here at all costs, we've got to make a expedient exit and we're gonna need extra firepower against any further Delta Peons."

The sound of the site alarm going off was heard, and several doors started to lock themselves, "Make that very soon."

"Sir..."

Delta stepped over to a Peon overlooking a monitor, "Yes Josiah?"

"Sir I've got some bad news."

"Oh? Why do you sound so worried? Calm down, relax. I'm not going to be angry with yo-"

The world went dark for Delta, slowly light returned to his eyes as he saw things through the eye slits of his helmet. Slowly things started to click, and for once in his life, Delta felt something akin to... what was this feeling? Didn't feel happy, didn't feel sad... no he remembered this feeling... anger.

Delta tore his helmet off as he looked about the CIC of his carrier, monitors were down, reports were coming in from Peons of their equipment going down. "What... what?! WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED?!"

Josiah brought up a monitor, there was a virus in the system, "Sir we've been struck!"

"That's not supposed to happen, the antivirus software is run by the main serv- noooo... no no no nonononono!! FUCKING NO!"

Jack dashed over to another monitor and brought it up, it was the last sight of a Delta Peon before being knocked unconscious by a figure in a bone white mask with a metal arm.

Jack stared, and then started to laugh, his laughter filled the command deck, his peons nervously laughed with him until he stopped, "Get backup systems online, shut down my tower, initiate a lockdown. My employees are uninvolved, don't want them questioning too much."

"Do you want us to alert local authorities sir?"

"No. It'd be a media circus, those lead to investigations. Only break out the authorities on the Guild payroll, small but effective presence, keep all media presence down, control it, we'll have to "play nice" and make the Bolts look good. I need to get to work on setting up a alibi and getting contigency zed ready, never thought I'd ever have to bring my identity into a more public light."

Josiah nodded, "But what about your servers sir? We've been set back months if not years, what if they have evidence?"

"Only that there was a Hunter's presence under the nose of Angela, there's-"

"-no evidence that Jack King is Delta is located in these files."

Jackal groaned, "Really Obelisk? Nothing?"

"None at all, it only contains active missions, future plans, clients, and a record of DNA and blueprints for Mons and Tools. Useful information but we aren't shutting Delta down with this."

Fox shrugged, "We'll take what we can, the man's smart after all. Plus we got bigger issues, the tower has been shut down, we're stuck on the 26th floor-"

Sirens were heard, Jackal looked out one of the large glass windows, "And the police are here."

Down below was a heavy police and SWAT presence, lights pointed up at the 26th floor, Jackal groaned, "Keep looking for a way out, I may have a plan," he said rushing off, Hayon behind him.

Fox nodded, "I know Gaia is fine, she got out of the security office just fine... Coil do you have any experience with police negotiations?"
