Halsei, being unable to avoid some of the oncoming attacks, takes them head-on, even getting pushed against a wall behind them, though...

This seems to mainly make them angrier than before, and they get Worked Up over it, hopping off of the wall just as quickly and flying back at their enemy with a Jump Kick, though curiously they seem to be aiming at Infinite in particular. Even if they are fatigued from this fight, they don't want to show it.

-Pent looks just downright furious as he holds a hand out towards the only combatant not really tied up in fighting at the moment, that being the swarm of air-fish known as Chaos-

-He 'stands' there, arm outstretched and hand clenching tighter... As nothing happens. He has misjudged his target because really the power he is attempting to use was never used on a swarm of small objects before and it's pretty easy for those small objects to swim around the hand-sized wall of force trying to grab the entire construct's neck region which as a fish shape it doesn't really have either. Naturally that's just making him angrier-

-He'll need healing and calming down pretty soon, but with a battle this big that's unlikely to happen for a while-

They bow politely... well, try to, anyway. They end up falling over from a lack of balance onto the floor instead.

Halsei bounces off of Infinite after landing the hit, but can't help but notice the whole Chaos!Vee thing happening, though surprisingly they seem rather unfazed by it.

Halsei: <...I don't really know who and/or what you are, but as long as we're on the same side I'm not complaining.>

With that being said, they immediately get blasted by multiple attacks... or, rather, their Substitute did, though obviously pulling off a fancy trick like that took some more of their stamina.

Halsei: <Aw, c-come on! Take a hint and give up already! You're outmatched here!>

They fire off an Ice Beam at one of the enemies they haven't already attacked, getting ever more frustrated (and tired) as time passes.

The stigmas, yes, he allows. But I try not to let it bother me. Try being the operative word, he chuckles. Not that I'm feared or anything, but the School... from what I can infer, is more a lab, he hypothesizes in real-time. I mean, some people are fascinated, and some people are - one person was - terrified of the J-Team's suite of systematic chaos, including, to an extent, my Obscuric affinity, he recalled.

Which is kinda weird when I'm just one of many Wanderer Corpsmen, but if it allows my comrades to operate more secretly it's fine by me.
