-Phantom leans against the wall, arms crossed.-

Phantom: "I'm not that bothered, oddly. There's worse stuff in my memories. And nightmares."

-Vulpecula takes off her helmet and pops a handful of peppermints in her mouth.-

Jessica: "Thah wath...dizturbinf."

-AA places her head on top of Jessica's.-

-Spectre leans close to Baba Yaga.-

Spectre: <Did he taste like pickles?>

-Nightingale visibly twitches at the conversation-

Well then I'm glad I missed seeing it happen...

Oblivion Wing - Now or close to it

-A person is around as the gas-masked one arrives on the ship. That person is Nightingale, and she's wearing her helmet again-

Yes, it's very useful to have a mobile base. Speedy little vessel too.

-Nightingale lets out a bit of a yawn and relaxes on a chair which is suddenly there-

O-Wing-Now

Stranger looks to Nightingale.

"Aw, the obscuric. Nightingale I presume? A shame we couldn't talk more the last time we met."

His voice is a little different. It's raspy, like he altered the filter somewhat to create that effect. It's a little chilling.

"It seems everybody is getting airships these days."

He takes a seat across from Nightingale.

"You...feeling better?"

Some gray-haired human in a gray jacket with a blue shirt is sitting on the couch slumped over like/because she saw something terrifying, a can of Lemonade in her hand. Nothing on her could betray her identity.

"I... don't think I want to see that ever again," she finally said to herself, having processed what she saw after returning to the Oblivion Wing.

Yeah we uh... We had a meeting about it. It's fine.

-She twitches slightly as she remembers the meeting (that has yet to happen)-

Hopefully we won't end up in a situation where our team decision matters but hey...

-Something flashes on the side of her HUD briefly-

Stranger's own communicator seems to go off at the same time but he quickly mutes it and ignores it.

"So, how'd you get involved in all of this?"

-The eyes of Nightingale's helmet turn an undulating purple-

She Of Black Wings In Shadow sent me to this group of mortals to be her hand upon the fated events to come, to be a spirit of her grace and vengeance, carrying her celestial power and divine wroth...

-And then the eyes of the helmet turn yellow and flicker with her laugh-

Nah just joshing. The 'bolt's leader sent out a message on the usual channels and I got in on the first raid. And then well, general costume improvements once it was clear this was going to be 'a thing' rather than 'a raid'.

-For a moment, Nightingale is conflicted about whether to let down her guise and make it clear who she was. On the one hand she really wanted to keep her identity secret because otherwise things got awkward but on the other it meant there was an imbalance of secrets because she knew who the Stranger was, and an imbalance like that sat a little poorly-

O. Wing-Now

Stranger shook his head and chuckled.

"Honestly with what we just went through I would have totally bought you were some kind of agent working for an otherworldly power."

"I've been working for honest work for a while now, so hopefully this will become 'a thing' for me as well. I've been in contact with Jack and he's already got some suit upgrades for me in the pipeline. Kinda looking forward to that. I'm also looking forward to working with you more."

Oblivion Wing - Casual

Oh no I am her agent, but my joining the team is unrelated to my affiliations to the Lady of Krows and Corvid.

-She chuckles, manifesting a black feather made of obscura in her hand briefly-

And likewise, I will enjoy working with you.

O. Wing-Now

Stranger looks at the feather for a little while. His mask gives no indication of his feelings but his body language is relaxed.

"I just hope I can keep up. Being a 'normal' this day in age is quickly becoming a liability."

Another figure walks into the room. It's...another Stranger. He looks limp, with his head hanging down.

"...Some definition of normal anyways. Hehehe."

His clone raises it's head and starts chuckling along with him. Using her obscuric sense she could see that the clone is an obscura construct of some kind.

Oblivion Wing - Casual

Ah, nice construct. While I'm capable of more lifeful constructs like that I really do prefer to keep things simple. Weapons and aesthetics mostly.

O. Wing-Now

The 'construct' turned its head to look at 'Gale.

Construct?: "Oh, you'll find I am very lifelike. Hehehe."

"I must say you have a very nice aesthetic."

You can just say "beautiful", I did put a lot of effort into how I look after all~

-She 'preens' a little bit-

Though what's under the helmet is natural of course. Do you like?

Stranger, the real(?) one nods.

"It was the second thing about you that put me off guard. The first was that cool feather thing you did back on the tower."

In walks Silas followed by Hacks, "Ah, Pent. Des. Welcome aboard, I understand you two are here for some upgrades," he said as casually as a man known for being monotone could be.

Hacks waved, ~Pent could just be here for aesthetic.~

"Also true."

O. Wing-Now

Stranger looks at Silas for a minute, then removes his mask.

"Aw, I didn't realise you guys dropped all pretense of secret identities in your off hours. How's the armour coming?"

Lita has just finished working out at the gym. She's currently taking a breather and drinking some water with a small towel draped over her neck.

Stormchaser

-You know what's more refreshing than cold water?-

-Isbrand, currently lugging a steel beam on her shoulder.-

Lita pauses when she sees Isbrand coming with the steel beam.

"I...wow...that's a refreshing sight."

-Isbrand winks.-

Isbrand: "Well, pick one. Am I hot? Or am I cool?"

A smirk spreads across Lita's face.

"Oh there are a few things that can be both. You just happen to be one of them. So, am I hot enough to break the ice and ask you out?"
