Silversmith's House

The "Fennekin" squeaked in surprise and looked up at Silversmith Sr with big blue eyes. Shadow rushed out.

Shadow: No, sir, I'm afraid not. -sees Silversmith Sr and what looks like a Fennekin in front of the fridge- I do, however, have a voracious little Zorua who's apparently been busy emptying the fridge! Mischief... -kneels- A little tip for next time you disguise as a Fennekin... They have orange eyes, not blue like yours.

Mischief whimpers pitifully and cowers as she backs into a corner. However, Shadow doesn't pursue her, instead taking the same approach as when the two first met. He got down on her level and spoke gently to her until he coaxed the little pup into his arms. Holding her like this brought back memories of his early days with her. She had some really troublesome habits, like food guarding and fear biting. Over time, with patience he managed to help her overcome them. Seeing this display of terror made him all the more determined to help her past her fear of people. He stood, holding the little Zorua.

Shadow: Don't worry, Mr Silversmith Sr. I'll pay for the food she ate. I'll also clean the mess she made.

Dune: Looks like we're hunting. This is far from fresh, the sand's covered a good portion of the site. If it's a Ground, Rock, or Steel-Type, it could be anywhere in the dunes. But, assuming it's not, it may very well have head towards the nearest cover.

Dune: That's what I'm thinking. So either we trawl the desert for days on end or we look there first.

Ajax: <I'll go with you. Vega and Cun Annwn have the desert itself covered for the time being.>

Dune: Right, and if it's as angry as it looks I may need Garuda and the others.

Ajax: <A safe plan. Let's head that way before the sun sets and the canyon turns into a real deathtrap.>
