Cecelia: <Um, Cady. That there guy is really freaking out about the voices thing. Seems to be worrying about a weremon attack.>

Cady: Oh, sorry. I'll lay it off. The voices were all me.

Kat: Yeah. There ain't no weremon here as far as I know!

O'Sullivan's orders work out rather well, the undead are funneled away from evacuees and civilians.

Fox whistles, "Nice job."

Dana smirks, "He does his job well, remember that."

Fox shrugs, "Anyways a lot of standard rules apply, go for the head for the fastest death of these freaks."

Dana nods and directs her Skarmory to start dealing with them, "Now... how the hell did these things happen?"

"Ancient alchemy that somebody woke up."

Dana stared, "Fox can't hear of this, he'll never let me live it down."

The Pen looks at the box, -Well standing up here won't do anything, anyone wanna go downstairs and inspect the box closer?-

It then turned back to Nightingale, -You may also wanna prep your team, we're probably gonna get into trouble.-

Rogue and their team were rather effective, as were Jackal's, Hayon and Mercer punting every undead that got close.

"Zombies, freaking zombies, what's next?"

<"What could possibly go wrong" garuntees something worse.>

Archer however was enjoying himself, <Honestly it's kind of cool, we're fighting undead mons and humans, and they have terrible aim!>

The power loader approached the final step to the dig site, a single drawbridge gate, easy enough to handle, Hayon popped the chains with two focused aura spheres, ~You know if you took mon form more often you could do that as well.~

"Not the time!"

Jackal grunted as he piloted to the dig site, and was met with a pit with old stone stairs.

"... Gaia you were here, did you get a good look at the dig to see if that's normal?"

Silas stared at the list, "Bishop do we have a connection to start a search?"

"Negative Captain."

Silas sighed and let out his team, Hacks blinked, ~What did I miss?~

"A lot."

Something in the back of his mind laughed, Silas blinked and looked about, before sighing, seems it was more noticeable in reality now, and laughing at him. Silas very much disliked this, "I need a break."

In response it seemed to bring up feelings of fur and aura, Silas decided to shunt the voice back for a bit and turned to the others, "So a list of people that Jerry couldn't all know. The hell do we do next?"

He wasn't just hearing this. Silversmith nearly smacked Shadow, but he held himself back just in time.

Silversmith, still looking forward: "Don't do that! This is like, the third time you've come way to close! Stop it! It's not paranoia if everybody is out to get you! And around here, that's probably the case!"

He heard the conversation behind him and plugged his ears.

Shadow dodged around in front of Silversmith, confident and relaxed as ever.

Shadow: Dude, calm down a little. You're tenser than Mischief usually is. I think you're nervous about the promise you made. You don't want to break it, because you gave your word, but you're regretting the fact you made it. Right? Well, I have an idea: Suck it up. Normally I'd have better, but your family is all about tradition and honor. If you've made a promise, you have to keep it, so you might as well grit your teeth and pull through. I'd give a few quotes, but I've gone on long enough.

Unnoticed by Shadow, Ophidia's Pokeball twitches slightly, as if its occupant were nervous.

-Gaia makes one final spring with her Grapnel Gear before landing in front of the stairs on her springed heels, frowning in concern beneath her helmet.-

Gaia: ...Those weren't there the last time I was here. Or if they were, they certainly weren't accessible from the surface like this.

Taipan noted the discrepancies surrounding what she initially thought was entirely an Alakagross construct.

Taipan: You learn something new everyday. Oh, good Arceus in His cosmic home office, this is going to be one of those situations.

Taipan shrugged. She knew what she was getting into the moment she filed her application to the PEFE HR office. The least she could be thankful for was that she was qualified for this sort of off-the-rails situation.

Lycanrow, near Gaia

Murphy: We were in a hurry and mostly fled to the river. By then, flaming zombies have been swarming all over Eddisburg, though we managed to send a few alerts to the Rathaus, which may have alerted Interpol. I've intercepted a live feed that suggests that they're now directing evacuation efforts in the city.

Murphy briefly manifests and looks up to a strange bird flying up ahead. Still linked to the pDroid, he mutters something.

Murphy: Is that a fearow with a camera overhead?

Silversmith, to Lucius: "First off, sorry to be all technical, but I don't know that. Second, I quite literally cannot chill out right now. Sorry."

Silversmith stood even more rigid and focused. The cold sweat unfortunately familiar to him formed on his furrowed brow.

Point is, I learned that early. Now, you have to learn that changing the form won't change the mind. You'll still be you after you put on the scarf. Which reminds me... -turns and picks a scarlet scarf- I'll do my test while I'm here. I simply HAVE to have one of these.

Shadow sighs and pets her.

-After struggling to no avail, she sighs, gives up, and hops back under the counter to retrieve something.-

Halis is steadily having to try harder and harder to ignore the noise of the crowd nearby, but indulges in commentary once more, with a noticable bit of sarcasm.

Halis: "Pfft... I'm sorry, what? Are you treating a scarf like a weapon? Better watch out around me, then, I'm armed and dangerous..."

They just laugh a bit about this and go back to reading shortly after.

Silversmith, to Lucius: "Sir, if you don't attempt to bite, scrape, or claw me, or in any other way draw blood, and don't wave one of those scarves in my face, we'll be fine."

Silversmith glanced at Mischief. While he had forgiven, he had not forgotten.

Silversmith: "Shadow, why don't you go to the back of the line? Away from the front. Where I am."

-Lucius lets out a hearty laugh at Halis's comment, possibly the loudest he's given in ages.-

-He grabs the pen off the desk and scribbles his name onto the paper.-

Shadow decided to utterly ignore Silversmith. He had already delayed earning the right to buy a scarf long enough, and he was sick of Silversmith's phobic frenzy. He pet and cuddled Mischief, looked at the scarf he chose, and otherwise occupied himself while waiting for his turn.
