-Cambria and Ren were sleeping in separate rooms until after the wedding, so Cambria was seated on her Balcony overlooking a canal. Cu Chulainn was seated in her lap and Seamstress and Christine were standing nearby. The sound of music could vauguely be hear drifting up from streets and canals below.-

Cambria: Why is it NOW that I start worrying?

Seamstress: <You shouldn't at this point.>

Christine: <Indeed. Mr. and Mrs. Clavis are taking care of most of the logistics.>

Seamstress: <Edna and I will ensure no thread is out of place tomorrow.>

Christine: <And the only things that could go wrong are now beyond our ability to control.>

Seamstress: <You only need to worry if Lord Arceus will decide to make an appearance.>

-Myra gives the two of them an odd look, but keeps on silent, instead opting to talk through an onscreen Hasslelog.-

ES: Okay...? 

ES: What'zzz the big secret?

-Kai exhales, steadying themself.-

Kai: I have been... coerced into a deal to work for someone. Her name's Carmilla. Or, publicly, Regina.

ES: ...Oh.

Kaius: So far, their first assignment is legally sound. Future ones, we may not be so lucky.

Kai: Yeah. I'm hoping it never gets too terribly messy, but... I have to be prepared. I need to know what I'm doing before I figure out how to Sneasel my way out of this.

ES: Why not tell the J-Team, though? Have you told Alice and Brie? Or Diane and Skye?

-Kai shakes their head-

Kai: It was a deal. I can't let anyone know. I managed to twist the wording of the agreement enough that I could carry the message to my team, but it's a deal. I can't break a deal.

ES: ...

Kaius: The best option we have right now is to hash out a plan for this first assignment, just between the three of us. Retrieving and delivering "a Murkrow that shines", the wording was.

Kai: Obviously, we're going to want to take it literally. A Shiny Murkrow, as opposed to just dousing one in glitter because "technically she said". I don't know if she said it like that to try and goad me into twisting her words or if she was just being pretentious and verbose.

Kaius: Probably just pretentious and verbose. She's rich.

Kai: Yeah.

-Myra thinks for a moment, before scrolling through PEFE archives a bit. While she is, though, Kai continues.-

Kai: The other problem I'm having is trying to factor the growing presence of the Bronze Birds into this. I don't want them recognizing me.

ES: Okay, so, that meanzzz keeping thizzz operation in a region they're not particularly active in.  

ES: Kalozzz izzz probably your best bet.  

ES: Of courzzze, if we were lezzzzzz worried about them recognizzzing you, we could try to leech off the DU'zzz video feedzzz, try to find an eligible Murkrow that way...

Kai: Gods, no. I really don't want to interfere with them.

Kaius: Another thing to be careful of is to not look like shiny poachers. The safest thing is to take it the classical trainer way.

Kai: Yeah. My idea was to split the search. You search in one direction, the two of us search in another. If either of us finds something, we'll send the other our location and catch up.

ES: That seemzzz sound. All right, so we have a plan.

Kai: Yeah. For now, let's keep it between the three of us. We'll figure out who else on the team to tell later.

Kaius: Of course.

ES: Got it.

-Kai sighs, and takes a sip of hot cocoa that seems to not be so hot anymore, after their conversation.-

-A Pidgey flies in the window that was opened to vent the room, and begins to tweet melodiously, waking the occupants in the room.-

The bridesmaids and Groomsmen may or may not join the dancing procession as the in the streets out side the hotel the citizens of Alto Mare are also moving it tine with the music - some look positively giddy at this, some look like this will be the worst day of their lives.-

-Joe is on the ferry with Ren and the other groomsmen. He is neatly groomed and well-dressed (thanks, Ren!), and he is making an effort to be his normal chipper self for the big day. He is also making an effort not to topple over like the Leaning Tower of Pisa and fall asleep for fifteen hours-

-Kai, along with the rest of the bridesmaids, is on Cambria's ferry.-

-Meanwhile, Kaius is with the rest of Kai's team, along with the other associated human and human-associated characters. As it turns out, Diane dragged him out to get him outfitted in a proper tuxedo in record time.-

Diane: You know, you really should have given us the memo that you were considering joining those ghost guys, I would have dragged you out on this trip the moment we knew you might be showing up in human form.

Kaius: -awkwardly- I myself wasn't anticipating it happening in such quick succession...

Artoria and Mordred are both standing around outside the chapel, both wearing suits, as is typical. The former does not, in fact, have a sword, despite the latter's continued insistence that she should try.

Siobhan and Vi are also just standing around, the latter looking distinctly uncomfortable, the former wearing a navy blue dress with an embroidered Team Asimov emblem, and the latter in a similarly navy blue suit with a tailcoat.

Brynhilde is wearing a purple and pink dress, trying to figure a way to finagle bring a ghost horse into the venue. It's probably not going to work.
