He takes a sip of water.

He looks around and leans in.

Megan: Ahh...

-she listens to Bishop's description, not quite processing the scope-

-and the Stormchaser comes into view-

-and her jaw drops-

Thespi: -soft, awed gasp-

<An adventuring party's airship...> -starry-eyed-

-Ceal listens, stunned, to Echo's account of the ship's history, then giggles-

Ceal: <Th-Thespi, you're right, it is just like something out of a storybook...!>

Thespi: <Isn't it just~?>

Megan: It does sound like a fun story to tell...

-she tilts her head- Mobius? Like those multiverse-breaking guys?

Thespi: <Like that deceptive, unfashionable fiend who accosted us at the Christmas party!>

Silas whistled when he saw the Stormchaser, it was honestly his first time actually seeing it.

Bishop responded with C:/RunFile/whistling.mp3 and Hacks just stared with his mouth agape.

"Impressive ship," Silas commented, "How do we get on?"

Celadon

Echo: The very same Mobius.

-She grins, and with the press of a button, the entrance lowers.-

Echo: After you.

-Dr. Robinson smirks-

Dr. Robinson: I can keep plenty of secrets.

YV — Slateport

Sarah: ...Sure. Sure, whatever. Just don't mess with anything or do any weird illusion stuff and it's fine.

-She shakes her head, and goes to check her bag for something. Myra's screen shows a "volume decreasing" popup bubble.-

YV!Myradex: Sorry about her. Gender stuff and stuff about her brother are... both kinda touchy subjectzzz. For what it's worth, what you're saying mostly addzzz up.

Sergey's Camp

Phaz: "Aww... But we could've done it together~! Alright, fine, let's not. Cuddles instead~!"

He hugs Sergey and begins to cuddle again. In the meantime Embry is still looking a bit around, faking having not seen them.

GRAND BIRD

Phaz does a BRAVE JUMP! to the plane.

Phaz: "Hey it's us again."

I've seen enough Enteis to see where this is coming

Spinme can't really do much so she tries firing an arrow at the Grand Entei.

Spinme: -mumbling to herself- <Really should learn how to actually attack like that...>

Sergey's Camp

Sergey: "Thank you for understanding, Darling~"

Loran and Sylvaine both kept silent and motionless, waiting for Embry

He looms around then puts his chair right next to Robinson's and sits down.

"After spending Arceus knows how long in the woods I wound up in Ecruteak and met up with the J-Team. I stuck with them for a little while and then Interpol tracked me down. They put me on their spec ops unit as a "consultant" as a form of community service. The J-team was a growing influence in the world so I also acted as their liaison with Interpol."

"However, I hated my job. I was never with the team for an extended period of time to really form any kind of relationships. It was during this time I also discovered a device that allowed people to travel between dimensions."

He rolls up the sleeve of his left arm, revealing some nasty looking scars.

"The installation process was painful to say the least."

-Dr. Robinson looks at the installation in fascination. Her glasses gleam.-

Dr. Robinson: Interesting... I suspect this is part of why you are involved with Mobius yourself?

Zoroark: <It is a fair subject to be touchy about. She... is definitely not going to have to worry about "weird illusion stuff", though.>

-settling into a chair and glancing around the room-

"Anyways that's my story pretty much. Sadly I have misplaced the device. It was "ripped" from me, very literally."

-She chuckles- "Well, if they give you two any trouble you can always swing by the daycare, It's no Clavis manor but we've got a couple of spare rooms. Or pitch a tent in the yard if you'd prefer"

Dr. Robinson: Oh dear. If you were to request it, those of us in R&D could develop a new device — I myself am a medical doctor first and foremost, but others within my department are more technologically inclined.

YV — Slateport

YV!Myradex: Er, her name'zzz Sarah— in this universe, I mean. She'zzz... kind of really deep in the tournament scene. A bit too much, if you ask me. She'zzz nice to her team, don't get me wrong, it's not that sort of "too deep". Just... kinda obsessed with winning, over forming meaningful relationships with people without needing a tranzzzlator in-between.

Embry does as if he didn't see the others and leans on the rock they're hiding.

Embry: <Hmm... Where could they ever beeeee~...>

-not a trace of Chaos left to make a new fragment. She'll have to get it from the source, then. Something to ask Jacob about, once he's back-

-she's now got one of the cameras down from its socket, and has had Checkmate dissect it, looking for any local file storage-

Checkmate: <There's nothing on these cameras.>

PEFE!Every: And you're sure there's no way to find the deleted footage?

Checkmate: <Normally, even if you deleted a file, it would still be around in some format for a while, and there would be some way to restore it. But whatever this "Chaos" is, it's...very, very good at deleting things.>

PEFE!Every: Mmm...

How annoying. Notes for future, install personal cameras in relevant module.

-but that's the problem with a new countermeasure. It's generally too late to solve the original problem-

Cris gets struck by the Astonish, but manages to keep his bearings. He goes for another Bug Bite while Tsubasa tries helping with another Peck.

"Mayhaps, but I've got another device in mind if R&D allows it."

He looks around.

"Say, where's our food?"

From behind her bush, Sylvaine watched Embry and Loran, already being rather sure Loran would somehow blow his cover - which he indeed did, as Embry asked, Loran chirped happily silently, happy to have found such a good hiding spot

Thespi: -sniffs- <He couldn't even be bothered to look like a cool villain! Unlike you, who look really stylish even after your Heel–Face Turn.>

Ceal: <I l-like the black and white...!>

Dr. Robinson: I find it an awfully frequent occurrence that people tend to not pay attention to what they're doing around me. Sometimes, it's as simple as avoiding my gaze, or eating much faster than they realize. It's not an intentional thing, by no means, it simply... happens.

-She shrugs innocently-

Dr. Robinson: Perhaps it's the ghosts?

D chuckles.

"Then I'll try to take my time when the food comes."

"Wait, did you bring your ghosties with you?"

Silas and Hacks looked at each other before entering the lift, Bishop replays the earlier audio file and enters in.

"Gonna be my first time on one of these things."

16 stares at the portal, the portal stares back, on the other side is a world of large silvery ships and tiny flyers all around.

16 leaves this portal, <Does not hold birds...> 16 mutters to himself.

He only has one desire, to find birds and to watch them. All birds are good birds, but these portals show no birds.

He did see one portal with a interesting sight, another Genesect, only this one had a 13 on it's right shoulder and was wearing a hat, 16 could still remember what it said, <Well howdy! Look at mah trucker hat!>

Whatever was the origins of these portals, they were screwing with 16's bird watching. 16 would get to the bottom of this.

The Fire!Blight collapses, it can't stand anymore and the constant attacks are wearing.

"You win," it says proud of everyone else.

-"Morrigan looks up at Punk with a nervous expression"-

Mor: <m-maybe they can help me>

-"looking around Morrigan sees a nearby stick, and starts using it to write in the ground"-

Mor<Y-e-s there Homer>

-"Morrigan turns back to Punk, smiling proudly, unaware that she just spelt yes-

-Dr. Robinson's smirk widens as she points down to D's already-empty plate.-

Dr. Robinson: A bit too late for that, I think.

-She giggles.-

Dr. Robinson: And of course I did. Ghosts always seem to find hospitality with me.

-The air chills for a second, the candle on the table flickers, the shadows seem to wave, before everything returns to normal.-

-Echo giggles at Thespi's compliment-

-Punk grins.-

Punk: All right then. You can stick with us, and if someone comes looking for ya, we'll put 'em to the test to see if they're worth ya.
