ITT: We are all Pokémon Trainers

-I yawn again and climb on Solly's back, riding around to see who's up yet.-

Lake?

-No response.-

Lake? Come on, I need you to get up now.

-Lake opens his eyes, sleepily.-

Lake: <...Huh?>

Morning. As much as I would love to spend all day here with you, we really need to get going. And...We can't do that if you're holding me like this.

Lake: <Oh. Sorry...Phew, he's still here. The world didn't end overnight.>

Did you just say something?

Lake: <Huh? Oh, no. I didn't say anything.>

Must have just been me then.

-Lake lets go off me, pulling himself up and stretching afterwards.-

So, I was thinking, since DS is going to go to Sandgem Town and get her Sinnoh team back, how about we go with them? I'm sure they'd be pleased to see us.

Lake: <Sure! I'd quite like to see DS's team again too.>

Great. Hopefully everyone else will feel the same way.

-I turn to my other Pokémon, who are all sleeping together nearby.-

Now to get everyone else up...

-I ride up to Luke, Solly and I both nodding at him- Morning, Luke. And Lake.

Morning.

Lake: <Good morning!>

-I take notice of Solly.-

Oh! I didn't know you had a Meganium!

-I reach up and pat Solly on the head.-

-Solly smiles and rubs against Luke hand-

Yeah, Solly was my Johto starter. One of my strongest, too. How's Flare, since yesterday?

She seems fine, but I haven't spoken to her yet today. I wouldn't be surprised if she had already covered from that fight you two had. You know how quickly Pokemon can heal.

-In the background, Lake proceeds to get everymon else up.-

Lake: <Hey, Pepper?>

Pepper: <Yeah?>

Lake: <Have you met Librarian's Meganium yet?>

Pepper: <Oh...You mean Solly?>

Lake: <Yeah, Luke's just talking to him n->

-Pepper bolts upwards.-

Pepper: <He is? Oh! He is!>

-Pepper rushes over to us.-

Pepper: <Hello Solly!>

Lake: <Wow. She seems eager to speak to him.>

Flare: <Eurgh...Yeah. I think she likes him a bit...>

-Has woken up and is now walking towards Sandgem Town-

Solly: <Hello, Miss Pepper.>

-I look up and nod at Flare- Hey, Flare.

- Notices Tagg and my Unova team and I follow him -

Hi there!

Flare: <Hey Librarian! Feeling better?>

-Pepper blushes.-

Pepper: <Oh, you're such a gentlemen Solly. I really like that.>

Woolly: <Ooh...Has Pepper got a boyfriend?>

Wulfric: <I wouldn't say that Woolly. I'm guessing they only met yesterday.>

Woolly: <Well, we didn't let that stop us, remember?>

Wulfric: <...Oh. Yeah, you're right.>

-Turns around-

Good morning DS. I figured you'd be in Sandgem Town already.

-I take a deep breath and release it, nodding- Yeah, my stomach feels a lot better. How're your ribs and cheek? I think I hit you pretty hard there...

-Solly blushes a bit- Solly: <Erm...thanks.>

Well, I decided to wait around to see if any of the others were going to show up first.

-Nods-

I bet you can't wait to see your Sinnoh Pokemon again. Neither can I.

-Pepper blushes some more.-

Flare: <Yeah, I feel a lot better now that I've had some rest. I'm impressed that you managed to do that too me though!>

Okay, is everyone awake?

-All of my Pokémon nod.-

Great. Now, how about we go and see DS' Sinnoh team?

Woolly: <You mean Hotstuff and Velvet and all the others? Sure! I'd love to go and see them!>

Sol: <I concur! I wouldn't mind having a chat with a fellow Espeon!>

Wulfric: <...I've never met any of them before...Are they friendly?>

Lake: <Of course they are! In fact, I'm sure they'll be really glad to meet you Wulfric!>

Wulfric: <...Oh...Cool.>

Pepper: <I'm fine with going. Just as long as Solly can come...>

Well, I was going to invite Librarian along any way, so he can come.

-I turn to Librarian.-

Sure! Let me get the others...-I return all of them, sticking their Poke Balls onto my belt- There we go. Maybe I can see my Sinnoh team, too. I've been away from them even longer than Solly.

- Nods -

Yeah. And our Sinnoh Pokémon are probably looking forward to seeing us again as well.

Wow. Sounds like you have quite a lot of Pokémon. Speaking of which, I haven't used any of the Pokémon I caught while I was in Unova for a while. Well, apart from Wulfric.

-I begin to head to Route 201.-

-All of my team follow me.-

-I follow the others- Lucario's one of my Sinnoh team, but I left the others behind when I went to Johto. I wonder how they all are...

-Solly looks over at Pepper and Flare as we walk- Solly: <So, I hear Master got in a fight with one of you yesterday.>

Yeah. Draca and I were helping Tracer's Salamence Nadia learn how to fly last night.

Well, I'm going to bring them all her tomorrow for...Well, you know. So I guess I shouldn't worry about it.

Flare: <Oh yeah, that was me! Your trainer put up quite a fight. That Lucario of yours has certainly taught him well.>

Yeah, I know...Speaking of which, I've been meaning to ask you something.

-Solly smiles- Solly: <From the way he was wheezing last night it must've been some fight. But yeah, Lucario trained him pretty well. He's reasonably competent, at least. Lucario's a strict teacher.>

Oh really? What do you want to ask me?

Flare: <It's a shame Luke isn't a fan of fighting. I wouldn't mind sparring with him.>

Pepper: <No-one's fighting with Luke while I'm around! Besides, look at the poor thing! He's so thin, he'd snap like a twig!>

Flare: <(Sigh) Pepper...>

I was wondering if I could maybe have a battle with you? Six-on-six, or however many you want.

Solly: -Laughs- <True. It took Librarian a long time before he could stand up after a few small hits. Of course, some of the abuse he put up with throughout his journeys didn't hurt, either. There was this one time when Librarian forgot to get Lucario a gift for his birthday...>
