"Aw. I came here just to thank you and that's what you do?" he asked, chuckling "Illusion is such an amazing ability don't you think? It's great to mess with others."

"My Aura sense is still out, I can't tell where he is..." said Duke

The Alexiel image then turns to Crow "What I want? What I want is to make money without having to share it, you might say. That's why I stole part of the Shadow Pokémon research, so that it could be replicated later." he explained, chuckling.

Verax: "Only just noticed it? Tell me. What do you know about nature vs nurture arguments?"

Jacob: "That they're stupid, mostly. And... wait. No."

Verax: "Yep. Identical twins, reared apart at birth. Testing the little nightmare problem in your family."

Jacob: "... And?"

Verax: "Whelp, considering I've never had a cuddle buddy and I've slept just fine all my life, I suppose it's not genetic."

Verax: "You're taking this surprisingly well. Figuring out you have a family shocking?"

Jacob: "Not really. I'm mostly impressed at how Discord is still balancing on that Voltorb. And well I got here by a giant flying cannon armed boat."

Discord: -Throws Verax into a helicopter and is recalled-

Crow might feel some emotions coming from one of the corners of the room, though it's hard to make up what those feelings are. Ghostus is then attacked out of nowhere by a Feint Attack and it turns out the attacker was a Zoroark.

"Phantom Thief, please, it sounds more grand." said Alexiel, chuckling "... Anyway, I don't have an use for this silly identity I've taken, so I'm going to give you one little gift, I'm going to show you my true identity! Isn't that just wonderful?"

"What are you up to?" said Lyuri, obviously suspicious

"I guess the Aura jammers were so we couldn't identify you, so this must mean we've met before." said Duke

"Bingo!" said Alexiel.

Eskay: Well, crap. Please tell me you can fix whatever happened to them.

Psyche grits her teeth. ~Er, yes, they're fine. I mean, right now, their brains are just in standby mode.~

Cipher Key Lair

-Straw chases Jet up to the third floor, and through the various halls and rooms-

GET BACK HERE!

-Jet doesn't say a word, instead he only continues running, eventually running into a seemingly dead end room-

This is it...end of the line....

Jet:Oh, I'm sure you'd like to think that.

-Suddenly, Ghirahim flies in and slams into Straw with Steel Wing. Straw screams out in pain, before getting back to his feet-

Aurora...Psyshock.

-Jet is suddenly thrown backwards into a desk, causing it to collapse in on itself-

Jet:Ghirahim, Whirlwind!

Psyshock again!

-The Whirlwind blows Straw, Aurora, and his Pokemon that were catching up back into the hall, hitting the window behind them, but not going through it-

Jet:Well, it's been fun. Goodbye Straw.

-A Noivern appears out of the room's apparently hidden elevator-

Jet:Grimm, Boomburst.

-Grimm snarls, before blasting Straw with Boomburst, shattering the windows around him, causing Straw to be sent through the hole. Aurora and Crescent are sent flying into an adjacent room, Bonecrusher hitting the doorframe, and Artemis hitting Bonecrusher-

AHHHH!!

-He barely grabs onto the ledge of the floor as he is launched outside. He slams into the metal exterior of the building, struggling to pull himself in-

Jet:Well, it would seem you survived that. Lucky you. Again.

-Grimm fires another Boomburst, which causes Straw to lose his grip. He quickly regrabs the ledge, but this time his grip is much weaker. Jet approaches him -

Jet:You're still here? Well, I admire your perseverance. But now I really do think you're time is up.

-He moves to push Straw off the ledge, but is suddenly tackled by Bonecrusher, slamming Jet into a wall-

Bonecrusher:-unintelligible screaming as he continually slams Jet into the wall before Grimm blasts him with Flamethrower-

-Jet gets up, bloodied, but able to get away while Bonecrusher is down, and Straw's other Pokemon aren't up yet. Just after he gets away, Naida and Artemis arrive-

Artemis:<Whoa, what happened— Straw!>

-She rushes over and helps Straw up-

...Thanks.

Naida:<How'd you end up like that?>

Boomburst took out the windows and nearly sent me out them.

-He takes a second to recover, and then picks up the now KO'd Bonecrusher. He checks on Aurora and Crescent, both seem to be low on HP, but okay. After some quick healing, they continue forward, Naida being recalled due to space issues. Misery replaces her-

Gateon Port, main street

-Crewe is digging through her bag for a Burn Heal, panting-

-Clockwise drops off a few more sets of Pokeball belts, but stops from returning to the peons when a Pidgeot, Altaria, and Unfezant fly over the wall-

-Crewe grits her teeth and pulls up her slingshot, firing stones at their wings-

Lockspurr: <Oh, dear. I don't like this one at all.>

-he puts up a Protect-

-Clockwise lifts off and his eyes glow as he releases the same wave of Psychic energy that Trixie did earlier against the Water types. The three falter slightly, just enough for Beedrill to drop a Thunder down on the Unfezant and Trixie to focus on them with her Wide Lens and hit the three with a Blizzard. The Altaria and Unfezant collapse, but the Pidgeot clings to life. It folds its wings and dives at Clockwise in a Shadow Blitz attack-

-Clockwise is knocked back, letting out a huff as the wind is knocked out of him. The Pidgeot rears back its head, and is blasted off of the Noctowl by an Ice Beam-

Trixie: <Nailed it!>

Clockwise: -collects himself- <   ... Thank you.   >

-he lifts off again and goes back to strafing the horde-

-Trixie uses Rain Dance again-

-Beedrill starts layering Reflects and Light Screens above the wall already built to block off Flying types-

-Lockspur continues laying down Spikes along the street-

Victory! Honor! Destiny! Mutton!

Eskay: I've seen "fine". That is not "fine".

Citadark Isle

-Bishop immediately darts at the Zoroark, attempting to grab him and slice at him with an X-Scissor, whilst Herbert glances around the room suspiciously.-

Herbert: ...You're lying. Or there's a catch. One of the two.

Bishop: <I have a feeling that I could make a fairly solid guess... but I suppose we ought to hear it straight from the Rapidash's mouth.>
