Very good; plunders have discard costs so raven can fetech them back and then have them be used as link material, instead of using some oe the other monsters you want to keep on the field.
I guess this hints at them having a rival or something.

It honestly doesn't look that good unless you really want to send your own backrow from the field to the GY (Ojamagic strats?) or dodge Ash. Opabina already lets your activate Paleo Traps from your hand, searches them, and is easier to summon due to being a generic Rank 2.

Its basically an archetype Trap Trick that also gets you another monster on the board, which will likely be fishing for the one that banishes . it technically makes them a bit faster.

There was never an issue, not even a small one, with the name Constellarknight Diamond for the English TCG. The only one who pretended there was a huge issue with it was that dumb Tewart guy, and believe me, his reasoning for it was incredibly dumb.
Similarly, Scraptor as the English TCG name would be fine, perfect even. It needs to be separated into Scrap Raptor in OCG because of how they are written in Japanese. But there isn't going to be such issue with the English TCG name.
