I've been hoarding cherry blossoms since I assume you get a DIY recipe when you have enough, but no dice so far.
What are they for?
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?

I've only gotten three cherry blossom recipes—one of them I got from Isabelle (for the picnic) and the other two were from balloons (for the cherry blossom wall and the petal pile). There's a bunch of cute recipes with them
that I really want to make, but because the entire cherry blossom season takes place during Bunny Day season, I'm worried I won't be able to get the recipes I'm looking for because it's just All Eggs Forever.
I've got the two wallpapers and the branches, but there's 11 more recipes.

Oh, and you can get the recipe as part of the Wildest Dreams DIY, purchasable from Nook's Cranny.
I already have the recipe for the ironwood kitchenette... it doesn't have a stovetop or an oven, it's just a sink and bench-thing. Unless what Mitzi has is a customisation option for it?

You can practically ignore a lot of the eggs in the game. Hell, I'm actually complaining about earth eggs being rare.

Oh, yeah. Your ability to make the big DIYs for the Bunny event (the ones that sell the best) is limited primarily by how many Earth Eggs you can get.

I dunno if I'm brave enough to try it that way. My own method has been to run a short distance away, turn around, and swing at them as they barrel towards me. This always works except when a hive drops and I don't have the net equipped.
Tarantulas, though, to steal some words from Blathers, have been the bane of my existence. Slowly walked towards one, net hit a tree, KO'd. Had another constantly running into a wall, my net also hit the wall, KO'd. A third one chased me around a house for a solid minute (a situation where the game really ought to start playing Yakety Sax) and phased through my net when I swung at it. Do spiders have ghosts?
Still, it's a fun game overall. Probably a bit moreso when I finally get that fourth inventory row, all these eggs and sakura petals and so forth take up a lot of extra space. In retrospect, it seems I've been gradually transitioning to less and less combat-oriented gaming for the past decade or so. Maybe that's why I can't deal with those damn tarantulas.
That infamous 100-fish-in-a-row quest wasn't that bad, though. Messed it up once and then finished it by accident a couple hours later. Would be a lot harder now, with half the fish being eggs...

One of my villagers (Stu the bull) gifted me a gravestone after moving in. He then told me we'll be close friends. I don't know how to feel about this.

I think the game gives the wasps a much larger hitbox than usual to help the player catch them. I find myself snagging them even if I was pretty sure I missed.
Can you not preview wallpaper and flooring at Nook's Cranny any more? Ugh.
I missed turnips by like a half hour, and I'm kind of pissed about it. I stockpiled money, crafting materials so I could build stuff that got me more money, I was ready - and now I have to wait a week. 
Stayed up late catching night fish, and paid for it.

It's really obnoxious how small a timeframe you have to buy turnips. I'm not available at those hours.
Anyway, I've got a duplicate DIY recipe cards for the Bunny Day Wall Clock and the Bunny Day Wreath. If anybody has duplicates of their own, maybe we can trade.

I think I've got all the Bunny Day DIY's too, but they just... keep... coming.
I was hoping they would stop (leaving one less balloon type to add to the Sky Egg, Cherry Blossom, Furniture and Money balloons) once you got everything, but nah.

...Huh, looking over the list, I seem to have every Bunny Day recipe now. Neat.
I don't have all the cherry blossom recipes, though. Not sure how they expect us to collect them all in 10 days.

I might just have to resort to time travel to get the cherry blossom stuff. Hopefully they don't expire like turnips.
Does anyone here find themselves constantly low on a specific crafting material? I keep using up my normal wood but have stockpiles of softwood and hardwood. If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?
I figured out how to catch wasps! Now I can shake trees for furniture without fear.
Step 1: Face the tree when shaking it, while holding a net.
Step 2: Mash A as soon as you see the nest fall because your character automatically turns to face the wasps.
Step 3: Do this 4 more times in one day for an achievement.
