Did it start airing after 2005?
Follow me on tumblr! Is the song the/an OP? The/an ED? Did the show start after 2005?
Imagine Rakan applying Calling Your Attacks to doing paperwork.~Anarchy Rakan for the hell of it COMMISSION THIS BRIDGE!~EHKThe song iss the OP.
The show started airing before 2005.
So that's No, yes, no, already answered.
As for greater/not equal to seven thing, the hint does not relate to the song itself per se, so that isn't a yes, but not quite a no either.

Imagine Rakan applying Calling Your Attacks to doing paperwork.~Anarchy Rakan for the hell of it COMMISSION THIS BRIDGE!~EHKSo, the hint, which is not about the song, which defines a truth value, is not actually true, because the statement Song is less than seven, has no relation to the song's value.
CURIOUSER AND CURIOUSER.
Is it set in the modern day? No
Did it start on an even numbered year? Yes
Is it 26 episodes or less? Yes
before 2000? No
Is it a shonen series? No
Seinen? I would personally say so myself
My standard Anime Theme song game variant rules: [Censored by ACTA]Is technology a significant theme in the anime?
Anime geemu wo shinasai!Did it start airing on an even numbered year?
Imagine Rakan applying Calling Your Attacks to doing paperwork.~Anarchy Rakan for the hell of it COMMISSION THIS BRIDGE!~EHKIs technology a significant theme in the anime?
I haven't seen enough of this anime to say for sure, but I would say that there are more important themes than technology in it.
And I already answered the even-number year thing, Thenamelesssamurai.

My standard Anime Theme song game variant rules: [Censored by ACTA]Did it start airing in 2001? Was it an adaption of a Manga?
Did it start airing in 2002? 2004?
Imagine Rakan applying Calling Your Attacks to doing paperwork.~Anarchy Rakan for the hell of it COMMISSION THIS BRIDGE!~EHKDid it start airing in 2001? Is 2001 an even-numbered year? So that's a no.
2002? 2004? No. I did not air on these years either.
Was it an adaption (sic) of a Manga? No.
OK, time for a roundup.
Round 258: SEIZON SENRYAKU!!
Hint (on multiple lines):
If song < 7
then answer=true
else answer=false
End if
The anime:
- The anime doesn't involve rewriting reality using the input of computer algorithms via a magical mobile phones
- Started on the year 2005 or earlier
- Did not start before the year 2000
- Started on an even-numbered year
- And therefore didn't start in the year 2001.
- It did not start on in the year 2002
- or 2004
- Has fewer than 26 episodes
- Is not a shounen
- Is probably a seinen
- But this anime is not adapted from a manga, so this isn't 100% certain.
- Does not take place in the present day as we know it.
- Technology probably isn't the most important theme in the anime, though it may be one of the themes.
The song:
- Is the OP theme
The Hint:
- Does not refer to the song. Not directly, anyway.

My standard Anime Theme song game variant rules: [Censored by ACTA]Wait a second, what did last round's clue have to deal with me for then?
Cause I was expecting someone to go ask "Is it God Knows?" on purpose.
Follow me on tumblr! So the hint was actually an anti-hint!
That should be illegal <GLARE!>

The only that can be construed as a hint is if people looked at my Twitter RP account and realized who my little sister is on it =_=
Well yeah. There's no way YOUR little sister can be that cute.
So you're saying you never watched the episode 15 of Oreimo completely?
Follow me on tumblr!Of course I've watched it.
And you haven't seen my little sister Tomu
Stop bragging about your little sister you bastard!
What? It's not like I'm a siscon or anything like that.
And back to the game:
Is the anime a television series?
Does the anime have multiple seasons?

My standard Anime Theme song game variant rules: [Censored by ACTA]I suspect it's the Nie A 7 OP, but this one could be tricky as it's based on Yoshitoshi A Be's doujinshi of the same name - and I'm not sure if it counts as manga.
EDIT: Also, The Other Wiki lists a Nie A 7 doujin as the basis for the anime, but ABe's article lists the publication of the doujin as 2001 (ANN lists it as July 2000), while the anime began airing in April 2000. So... if I'm barking up the wrong tree here, I'll shut up now.
tl;dr: the question is, "Is it the Nie A 7 OP?"

Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.
So, the song is not greater than or equal to seven?
