I think we're looking at three tropes: Humanoid Alien, when they have two arms two legs and a head, but other than that have little in common with humans. Then Human Aliens, actual humans from another planet (which is what I've seen it used as, mostly) and then Starfish Aliens.
EDIT: Oh, and we have Humanoid Alien. Well, then that's just misuse that needs to get moved.

Just move the bad "aversions" to Humanoid Aliens and maybe alter the description to make it clear that this is more specific then just the human body shape.

So, it was pointed out in the Natter Alert thread, that there's a whole bunch of subversions listed on Human Aliens that don't fit the mold of Starfish Alien. Should it be split off then?
