This was brought up in September/October with the conclusion being that no action needed to be taken due to its incredible levels of performance.
Requesting this to be closed as a duplicate.
Edit: Additionally, since that time, the page has been split with examples placed into the new Cowboy BeBop at His Computer namespace. I would say this one is firmly entrenched in Troper culture at this point.

I know this one's quite well-established, but I'm guessing that for most tropers that's the only reason that it would pass the Guess That Trope Definition test. Fact Check Failure is far more intuitive.
