I find the way Rhea says "ladies" here... odd. With Buwaro in tow, I assume she means it ironically, in that drill-sergeant way, but that's usually a male drill sergeant to a mostly- or entirely-male audience, not a woman to a woman, a gender-fluid person, and a man both too oblivious and too easygoing to be offended.
