Compulsive Strangling Syndrome?

Do we have a trope like this? I don't want to suggest it until I know we don't, because it just seems like it's so likely to have already been made, but just have an obscure name.

I'm talking about a character who repeatedly, almost constantly, fills the viewer with an intense urge to reach through the fourth wall and strangle the character. Do we have something like that?

YKTTW's the place to suggest new tropes, but I wouldn't bother with this one; it's not a trope, it's an overly subjective audience reaction which is already covered by The Scrappy, What An Idiot among other things.
