apparently the European version will have Japanese voices-only
So I got this game a couple days ago and played through to the Coffin Ending and the Submarine Ending.
My thoughts upon seeing "Unfortunately, that's the wrong answer. Actually... I'm Santa." were "Zero you motherfucker.", but after seeing the Submarine ending, I'm not sure what to think about Santa/Zero. Would he really be killed so easily? Given that Snake is apparently alive, I'd guess that he's either the killer (for some reason) or the guy in the coffin (which would let us go through the Ninth door, so that's more likely)."
What ending should I go for next? (got a flowchart right here)

Knife, Axe, Safe, True
Knife and Axe done.
Being told that wristbands taken off via death can still be inputted has diverted my suspicions to Ace, who would be able to use Zero bracelet hax to get rid of Snake. It helps that by now everyone has gotten a sympathetic backstory except for him, and I was always kinda suspicious of his sacrifice.
Edit: Safe Ending done. That was a heck of an ending compared to the others. Yeah, I was so focused on the possibility of Zero hax that I neglected to crunch the numbers and come up with Nine hax. My only excuse is that The Ninth Man is kinda forgettable. -shrug- Well, that explains the Knife and Axe endings, but the Sub ending still remains a mystery. And it looks like Zero is neither Santa nor Ace, but going by the zero bracelet turning out to be a six bracelet; Zero is actually June. Explains why June and Junpei were there when they didn't seem to have any connections to the conspiracy. Junpei is there because of his connection to her, and she's there to keep an eye on everyone.
By all accounts the True Ending is an even bigger whammy, so I can't wait to get on it.
Edit edit: Haven't played it yet, but looking through Virtue's Last Reward stuff I noticed that the Egyptian looking girl... is named Alice... Goddamn it.

Yeah, that's kind of a late arrival spoiler for VLR.
That and Clover surviving the True Ending, of course.
Finally got around to doing the True Ending.
Greatest Sudoku puzzle of all goddamn time.
Indeed it is.
the promo OVA of VLR has been dubbed:

Voice acting seems pretty good, it's a pity this is the only time we're going to hear Sigma's voice.
Should we make a new thread for Virtue's Last Reward?
Isn't there already one? It hasn't been posted in in months, though.
Oh I see. The search function doesn't take apostrophes for some reason.
that's Troy Baker as Sigma, right?shame we won't hear him in the game.
I thought Troy Baker was Dio?
Wasn't Dio Liam O'Brien?
A new bad ending was added to the iOS version. Apparently, it overwrites the Door 3 leads to the Sub Ending thing, with Door 2 now leading to the Sub Ending instead.
Can someone tell me what happens as descriptively as possible? I'm scared to look since I heard it involves Clover.
Basically:
Clover sees the scene behind door 3 and runs off. Junpei tries to give chase, and suddenly feels a sharp sting in his neck. He starts feeling dizzy and falls down the stairs into one of the flooding staircases. Then Clover shows up. Turns out there was more Soporil β around, and she got behind Junpei and dosed him with it. Junpei stays conscious for a few more seconds, long enough to figure out that Clover probably thinks he killed Snake, before passing out and drowning.
I have a message from another time...So, it's basically the Axe Ending again? That's kinda lame.
Looks like Zero Escape 3 is finally happening!
It's due to be released Summer 2016, though, so it's still a while off. But at least we'll be getting the end of the story!
No discussion for a year?
Well, how about this for a talking point?
Zero Time Dilemma releases tomorrow! The 28th!
I have a message from another time...The ZTD thread is a little bit more active than this one right now.
So the 999 and Virtue's Last Reward remaster came out last week and I've just finished off 999. Solid visual novel, and I'm impressed that I've managed to avoid spoilers for it for so long.
I just finished 999 for the first time last night. I've wanted to play this game since it was new, but I never got a DS so I forgot about it until I noticed the PS4 version was on sale recently.
First visual novel I've ever played, not counting DDLC (which I never actually finished). It was really damn good; I liked all the characters, great voice acting from everyone, and I went in completely blind so the story kept surprising me.
Still want to unlock the remaining bad endings before I move on to Virtue's Last Reward, though.
EDIT: And done. On my first blind playthrough I got the Knife ending, then using a guide I got the Safe ending, then the True ending (Well technically, I got the Knife ending again before that because I picked the wrong door), then the Sub ending, then the Axe ending.
Not too crazy over the Axe ending, personally. Clover killing Seven and Santa makes sense since she believes they killed her brother, but her going off the deep end and killing everyone kinda comes out of left-field, and raises some serious questions about her mental state in the other paths.
Now I gotta play Virtue's Last Reward, but first: Indivisible.

From what I've found through Google:
Dio is Liam O’Brien, Clover is Wendee Lee, Quark is Erin Fitzgerald, Alice is Tara Platt, and Luna is Laura Bailey.
