Running, pullups (or chin ups, I can't remember which I do), swimming, biking, sit ups, push ups.

Do you have a specific area you want to work on? If not you could just use some free weights when you're at the gym; bench presses and dumbbell curls for starters.

Umm, off the top of my head:

-bench presses

-shoulder shrugs

-shoulder presses

-curls (barbell or dumbbells)

Google them if you don't know what they are. Don't forget to watch what you eat, drink water and do your cardio.

I have only one more week anyway. Not enough time to do anything. But that doesn't I'm not doing it.

Just get in some sort of routine. Something easy that you can do anywhere; set a timer for 2min and see how many push-ups/sit-ups you can do.

Do as many as you're physically able to, then do more the next day, and the next..ect.
