.... are you serious?
... they already spoofed Superman (the first movie anyway) in the first episode for 2 minutes.
Hm, I wonder if people have already accused CN for hating anything DC-related even more because of this...
Please tell me it had Elmer as Lex Luthor.
That, and Bugs is actually Batman, too.

Yep. And Marvin the Martian as Brainiac.
This wasn't a spoof, really, it was just the Looney Tunes as Superman characters. It was silly and it was fun.
Oh, and in the stinger, Bugs came out and said "and that's the end."
... where are people getting this!?
Let me guess. Daffy was Batman?
Plucky will demand some credit, although to be fair he started it by stealing Duck Twacy.
Nope, Daffy was Zod.
At the end, Bugs appears as Batman.
The episode leaked, by the way. You can find it on the internet.
Oh wow the last episode was leaked?? I can't wait to see CN get all bent out of shape and try to take it down!
Interestingly, that final episode implies that Bugs' narration about about being born on the planet Krypton was factual, however he stipulates that it was the planet Crypton with a "C." Therefore, Bugs Bunny is also Superbunny. So this episode nicely bookends with the first.
Further, Bugs Bunny also responds to the Bat signal in the "Reunion" episode ... because he's Batbunny. And this too is canon. Apparently Bugs has a dual-mode depending on the situation: Superbunny for saving the world from supervillains, and Batbunny to save the city from organized criminals.
What I'm wondering is where the Looney Tunes will go from here. The Walt Disney Company can safely retire Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck and Goofy to the toddler set. Disney has very deep pockets, and a huge bench of marketable characters, so Walt Disney Animation is in no danger of falling off the public radar. Warner Brothers does not have such deep pockets, and Termite Terrace has already closed down. Most of WB's in-house animation is leftovers from absorbing Hanna-Barbera studios. Without Bugs Bunny and company, who does Warner Brothers have to spearhead their animation? Unless Warner Brothers keeps the Looney Tunes on stage and in view, they'll end up as nostalgia pieces like Felix the Cat and Betty Boop.
Maybe they'll go with retro shorts like the current Mickey Mouse batch.
They could bring back the Tiny Toons (minus Elmyra) and/or Animainacs, I guess.
A Scribblenauts show has potential, and I think they own Scooby-Doo.
It seems they don't want to bring back the characters created during the time Steven Spielberg ran WB Animation, since they have this petty belief it'll give Dreamworks any sort of promotion or something.
Why would that be giving Dreamworks any promotion?
Because Steven Spielberg runs Dreamworks.
Or maybe there's some sort of paying royalties issue.
Oh.
And if there are royalties, it hasn't stopped The Hub from airing them.
Wow. Really? I waited months and months AND MONTHS for a legit end to this "Seinfeld with anthros", and we get a nice little GF for Porky FINALLY, and we barely know SHIT about her, we know Tina and Daffy's relationship is the strongest within series, and we were expecting mabey a heartwarming finale date episode with all three couples and future plans for each(My ideas really.)and at least ONE MORE Road Runner short... and all I get is a FUCKING PARODY OF MAN OF STEEL???
Hub is owned by Discovery Communications, which pretty much has a hand in EVERYTHING.

Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceIt's not a parody of Man of Steel. Pretty much everything is taken from the original movies. The theme song, the costumes, Marlon Brando...
Also, it appeared on the deepest corners of the bay of the internet... apparently it aired on a channel called Go.

@oneuglybunny I recall reading about WB having a live-action/CG Looney Tunes film in the works. I'm guessing that if any new show is made, it will be in the style of the movie. That or at the very least it will be in CG, presumably a la the current run of 3D Looney Tunes shorts that are shown in theaters and (regarding most of the Road Runner/Wile E. Coyote shorts) as segments spliced in TLTS.
has a clue, but it's usually not the correct one 0.55% of the timeWhy do I get the feeling that the episodes are aired out of order?
Because that's usually have all networks do with all their cartoons ever ever?
Not really.
Also I find it hilarious that this of all shows managed to show an actual punching as opposed to say Batman The Brave And The Bold which had "flash" effects.
Don't forget realistic handguns. Sam even fired his in public places at the slightest provocation, which is a miracle to show in this era.
We won't see another children show do that in years.
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceRegular Show does that pretty...er...regularly.
Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies.
So I found the last episode on the net. It's a retelling of Superman with Looney Tunes characters. Anyone else saw it?
