And don’t forget that the villain was made up on the spot thanks to a joke roll leading to an injury that required a cleric.
Or, well, modified at least. Ellen could have been planning for an Evil Chancellor, then gave him cleric powers—convenient and raising his threat level at the same time!

Ellen's style of just rolling with things and inserting the drama feels very familiar with me. I was honest from the outset with them that there would be improvisation, so they know some off-the-wall things weren't scripted, but they enjoy it. My big peeve with doing it that way is getting things *wrong* and then having to decide if I want to fix it like bringing in scientifically inaccurate raptors, or calling a Freedom City character with the wrong name for several sessions. My general go to is to make the inaccuracy in-universe. Those aren't accurate Utahraptors because the wizard is actually sourcing them from a distant planet, not the past. Solitaire is not Lady Tarot, but rather an alternate universe version who replaced the current one after a messy spackling over of time travel shenanigans. Yes, Foreshadow is still trying to figure out if that's cheating.
Don't forget that Rich's (Paladin's) god is also intrigued by Nanase's origin. Presumably a different one than Malik the Cleric's god.
That's something introduced in a pregame conversation that matters for the villain revelation. Specially impressive improvisation if the villain being a cleric was a later decision.

Personally, I'd have gone with sourcing them from some kind of Dreamworld. They're what people imagine raptors look like.
Biggest twist yet — Fabius hair is canon now.
...I can't believe I actually didn't notice Grace's haircut until it was pointed out.

Tedd with the important decisions.

Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.
IIRC, "they/them" or whichever gender he's currently presenting as is his preference, though I may be mistaken. I know it came up at one point, but I think it was like, 3 years ago.
"Why would I inflict myself on somebody else?"That's what I remember too.
Anyway, that's another juicy steak for the school gossip mill.
Writer, or something. And... a button? 🖲️Agreed. Tedd's current hairstyle makes them look like they're about to try and hack the pentagon.

My posts make considerably more sense read in the voice of John Ratzenberger.I was about to say, "which default form," but then I remembered that when Tedd changes "permanently," unlike nearly all the TG enchantments we've seen, his hair doesn't change, does it?

... They are ogres, aren't they?
I think the one on the right is Mystucorn in a human guise (or maybe his true form, he was drawn oddly un-horselike). That was the unicorn that caused the Parable NP arc for those who didn't remember/didn't read it.
I've read every NP, but I do not remember that.
So, what are we thinking? Anime styling or comic book villain styling?
Writer, or something. And... a button? 🖲️Oh yeah, that's certainly the dream unicorn dude.
From here on: https://www.egscomics.com/egsnp/parable-205
And with him looking for "royalty", he must be from the other side right? Griffin World.
In short: those three must be the people Liam (the owl griffin) helped sneak in through the portal. The golden coins are currency from their realm.
Oh yeah... Gosh, what a trippy storyline that was.
Though you could say that about at least half of them...
Writer, or something. And... a button? 🖲️...uh... okay?
Am I the only one a little disappointed?
Actually, though, I wonder how the heck the Golden Girls learned to dress themselves up as Satanic mob bosses.
...actually, it suddenly occurs to me, why?! I feel like she'd have had an easier time fencing her gold as a little old lady. Especially since she apparently had to mock up a fake ID.

And now both Nanase's and Rich's characters are key elements of the plot.
