The Irregulars should be utterly ashamed of themselves for that pun, so why am I laughing so hard? Oh, my.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Makes perfect sense that the leader of the Trade Federation would establish something called the First Order.
Really? Really?! I guess the RPG format makes reusing your villains less silly, although only slightly. Memnarch is crediting themselves for calling this twist... did anyone else see it coming?
Oh, and Jim finally gets in an apt metaphor. I think the world is ending.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Apt purely on accident, mind.
Mostly does better things now. Key word mostly. Writes things, but you'll never find them. Or you can ask.Link to the strip where general grievous was revealed as a clone: https://www.darthsanddroids.net/episodes/1808.html
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.Nice alliteration too.
Joke? Why are you calling it a joke? You drew a picture of two dudes hugging and wrote "I love hugs!" on it.Huh. What are the odds that Luke is dead and his clone is going to be the old man in the strip?
Ooooh, I like that theory.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.Of course Chewbacca can understand crazy talk; they've been hanging out with Zeppo for years.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Episode 2148: Resistance Hits: Futile
Hey, guess what? That super-obvious vulnerable point on the Peace Moon's superstructure isn't so vulnerable after all. I guess the bad guys learned something, finally. Also, the GM had an adventure plan and it's not this?
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"How often has the GM's adventure plans survived contact with the players?
(Annoyed grunt)I wonder why he even bothers making one at this point. But what did he expect to happen if he assigned roles as both the heroes and villains to his players? He's known these people for years.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Law of averages, maybe? Play enough campaigns and maybe one day, one day the fates will smile on him and the players will actually do what he wants for once.
(Annoyed grunt)So, what are your favorites strips, everybody?
"Darts and Droids," that's one of my favorites mostly because I can't stop laughing at this exchange:
Obi-Wan: Hey, I need you to look at something.
Droid: Weren't you suspended today? You shouldn't be here.
Obi-Wan: If I was suspended, I wouldn't even be allowed in this building. Since I'm here, I'm apparently not suspended.
Droid: That makes sense...wait. Have you even left the building today?
Obi-Wan: Well, thanks for your help, bye!

I assure you, I'm a completely trustworthy person. And just like that, Corey's friend comes to the group and plays... Rose.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Then they break up before Episode IX and the GM has to toss out her plot arc.
That's a thought that occurred to me before and I'm of mixed feelings about the idea. A player leaving the group between campaigns does seem like the most logical reason for Rose's demotion to background character in Episode IX, but I kind of don't want it to happen because it would effectively require the Irregulars to introduce and then drop a new character, so we would still have a lack of closure.
That'd be weird anyway, since in-universe Rose is ostensibly Finn's love interest, and Finn is played by Annie. If someone's brought in a campaign by their boyfriend, you'd think they'd want to play as said boyfriend's character's LI in-game.
The secret door that you never found will haunt you forever.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"
Okay, that final line caught me completely off-guard.
Nute himself did not, he had a few lines before the first Snoke / Hux call.
