• Harsher in Hindsight: That funny little interlude where most of the guys find fan erotic of themselves? (Including the line: "You... uh... you seem to be saying 'no' a lot. Like in every panel.") Not so funny once Spooky starts to reveal his back story.
• Squick: When Laampros criticizes Annihilator for being a syncophant.
  Your words trickle from your mouth far to freely. Like loose excrement from a pig's ass.
• Tear Jerker: The final page of Chapter 2, in particular the last two panels. If the comments are to be believed, most of the fandom felt this way.
• The Woobie: Kyle; with the revelations leading up to chapter two he's been triggering some sympathy. By the end of chapter two, it's pretty much official.
