• Nightmare Fuel:
  • The trailers for younger viewers.
  • One particularly nightmarish kill was when Nessie approached a man in a sleeping bag. Alas, he is too late to get out and he is grabbed by the feet, still in the bag. We get to see him get dragged into the water, screaming all the way...
  • The shots at night surprisingly work when the people are getting drowned/eaten. It contrasts quite nicely with Nessie's skin and it gives off one heck of a vibe.
• Special Effects Failure: Nessie is essentially just a head on a stick, and can only attack people by gently nuzzling them to death.
