• Heartwarming Moments:
  • Mina helps Annamaria sneak out of the hospital and provides her with a sparkly dress. Annamaria joins the party at Arturo and Alessandro's home for one last night, dancing wildly with her children and her friends.
  • At the end, Arturo and Alessandro hold hands. It's an exceptionally small thing, but it's the sign that their relationship is healing.
  • Arturo, Alessandro and the kids do the ritual of the Goddess of Fortune, which involves keeping in your eyes the image of a loved one. The two men do it with the kids, then do it to each other.
• Tear Jerker:
  • Mina and Ivano Fossati's heart-rending song "Luna Diamante". It plays over the ferry trip, when Arturo and Alessandro's relationship seems to be definitely done.
  • Melina and her husband Filippo, who has anterograde amnesia. Though she tries hard to concentrate on the good side of things, she's clearly suffering for a man who can't remember to love her.
