YMMV / The Balanced Sword

• Ending Fatigue: The final battle in Phoenix Ascendant goes on for several chapters, includes two cases of divine intervention, including Kyri becoming the god she worshipped all along and a couple instances of the main characters being sufficiently Genre Blind that they assume No One Could Survive That! for a villain that has almost instantaneous regenerative abilities. While it fits the anime/manga style of a tremendous battle, if you aren't fond of that sort of thing it can be vastly irritating.
