  • Crosses the Line Twice: Lewis-Smith doesn't appear to consider there to be a line.
  • Harsher in Hindsight: "The Pilots That Crashed" has an opening sequence that shows a clip of Jimmy Savile appearing to leer at a female presenter while being filmed. This is much harsher in hindsight given Savile's posthumous exposure as one of Britain's most prolific sex offenders.
  • Signature Scene: This show is probably well known for containing the "Lost episode" of Series/Rainbow with the "Twangers" and the "Balls"
  • Values Dissonance: The Gay Daleks sketches were intended as a mockery of prevalent gay stereotypes and their idiotic nature (according to Lewis-Smith, anyway, who staunchly defends them), although in 2020 it's difficult to see them as much more than recitations of these stereotypes for comedy purposes. It's a part of the show that certainly hasn't aged well.
