- Special Effects Failure: "Jingle Jangle All the Way" (S7) has Ella the Elf's busted jet pack backfiring, leaving Steve completely charred beyong recognition, without any smoke. Steam was simulated on the set to create the illusion of smoke, however, it didn't even show on camera.
