• Memetic Loser: Carl the Stuntman is often considered the Scooby franchise's most pathetic villain on account of a number of factors: His unthreatening costume, his weak motive of not getting top-billing, the fact that he was the most "blatantly obvious from the start" culprit, and the embarrassing way he was uncovered where Shaggy managed to stumble in on him with his mask off.
• The Scrappy: Even before the appearance of Scooby's nephew Scrappy, the Ape Man is considered the weakest villain when audiences first saw him. Among other things, he has a fairly uncreative and non-spooky design.
