• Diagnosed by the Audience: Trigger was very much the Cloudcuckoolander in the original series, with his stupidity being the source of many gags. While he's just as daft here, it's not being played for laughs; Del and the other lads look noticeably worried a couple of times when he says odd things, and at one point Reg of all people is sufficiently concerned to ask Del if his friend is "all there".
