- Alternative Character Interpretation:
- Marinette/Ladybug attributes Chat Noir's misbehavior to him cracking under the pressure of having so much responsibility and destructive power. When a reporter asks about the rumors of him sexually harassing her, she admits that some of his behavior verged upon that, but states that she doesn't believe that he knew that he was harassing her. She's the one who convinces Master Fu to give him another chance in the form of a different, 'less important' Miraculous, but it's unclear just how accurate her read on his motivations was.
- On Adrien's side of things, he winds up being much happier post reality check, coming to seriously regret how he behaved as Chat Noir and working to atone for his mistakes.
