YMMV / My Hero Academia: Joint Training Arc

• Accidental Aesop: Theory learning is all well and good, but it doesn't measure up to actual experience. Class 1-B's grades and proper training really do make them formidable opponents, but Class 1-A's experience in real battle fighting against real villains ultimately gives them the edge.
• Anti-Climax Boss: The fourth battle. Tokage was hyped as someone in Bakugo's league and perfect for taking him down and her plan was pretty solid, but it ends up being the only team to lose with 0 captures and the battle isn't particularly interesting to watch, ending within 2 chapters.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: One of the major complaints against this arc was that despite how hyped up Class 1-B's setup was, their battles against Class 1-A ended up being too one-sided in the latter's favor. They only managed one decisive victory, and that was the result of subterfuge rather than direct combat prowess.
