• Audience-Alienating Premise: A bad guy who kills, lies, rapes and control others to take over the world. And you're supposed to like him.
• Broken Base: Aur has divided people into two camps. One group see him as a great, actual Evil Overlord they like and not some weakling who has some standards. Others sees him as the most hated and evil villain due to him a sexist, rapist, murderer, liar, Manipulative Bastard who screws everyone for a petty excuse of being betrayed.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: Fans feel that Cass would have made a good character and minion for Aur, as she is an intelligent strategist who is looked down by her superiors for being a woman and by joining Aur, not only her skills would've been helpful to Aur, but she could've got revenge against her sexist superiors. However, Aur kills Cass as the latter knew his true identity.
