• Alternative Character Interpretation: Grace's new paramour. Did she meet him and start their relationship after Isaiah left? Or was she having something with him before, while Isaiah drowned his sorrows and then assumed it after he was gone?
• Harsher in Hindsight: Albert suffers an accident as a result of Mr. Edwards' drunk driving, and needs morphine while recovering. Comes his final appearance in next season, and he'll develop and addiction himself, to morphine.
• Questionable Casting: Corrine Camacho replaces Bonnie Barlett as Grace. Not only does she look nothing like Barlett, she'd already appeared as another character in "My Ellen", as the title character's mother Eloise Taylor.
