• Accidental Innuendo: Cotton's line after Peggy tells him to go to Safeway if he wants sausage for breakfast so bad: "See, Bobby? Woman works, man loses his sausage."
• Alternative Character Interpretation: In this episode, Cotton and Hank seem to get along fine, unlike in later episodes. But at the end when Hank calls him out on his sexist behavior, it could have possibly kicked off some tension between the two and Cotton acts meaner to Hank since then.
• Crosses the Line Twice: While one might be alarmed that Cotton would give his grandson a shotgun (a loaded one at that), him using it to blow open the pinata makes it all the more hilarious.
