• Alternative Character Interpretation: Hawkeye asking Ed if he loves Winry can be interpreted as either platonically or romantically. Note that she says "You love her, don't you?", not "You're in love with her, aren't you?" Either way, Ed thinks she means the latter, and Hilarity Ensues.
• Funny Moments: Ed's reaction to Hawkeye asking him if he loves Winry. Poor Black Hayate...
• Tear Jerker: Hawkeye reveals to Ed that Mustang is so guilt-stricken by what he did in Ishval that he's perfectly fine with being brought to trial as a war criminal if he becomes Führer. Ed understandably does not take this news well.
