• Harsher in Hindsight: His joke about schoolchildren running and jumping because "they don't know I'm only using blanks." The recent crop of school shooters, unfortunately, do not.
• Heartwarming Moments: Emo ends many sets with a heartfelt "Thank you for being my friends."
• The Woobie: Despite the unnerving nature of his persona, its innocence often means you can't help but feel a sort of affection for it. But then, this is the whole point.
