• Bile Fascination: Mai tells Bobby that this is the main reason why Tsuburaya's paintings are so popular, mentioning that the people of his time were utterly horrified, but they just couldn't look away.
• Moral Event Horizon: Wade has never once not crossed the line, escpescially when he tells the story about the little girl, and after he burns the titular painting for his own sadism. His Humiliation Conga in the second act of the episode is supremely fitting for a monster like himself.
