• Heartwarming Moments: It's never mentioned out loud but a couple of times you can see in the background that Pierce taped a picture of Gilbert on the main family portrait. At the end of the episode you can get a better look when he readjusts it.
• Surprisingly Improved Sequel: Probably largely due to Megan Ganz heading the writing team for the episode, it feels much more like the real Community than "History 101", which to many fans came off as disjointed and peculiarly off-beat compared to last season.
