Bakugou's attempts to destroy the ring and expose Izuku as a liar will end in disaster for him.
Bakugou had already become obsessed with destroying Izuku's secret, but the problem is that A: A Green Lantern Ring is very durable. B: Izuku will be with his friends and on an international island, so he would have no choice but to be on his best behavior until they get somewhere. And C: If Bakugou does successfully remove the Green Lantern ring from Izuku and destroy it, he would successfully allow Wolfram and his forces to get away with the QAH, causing Bakugou to be labeled as a villain and Izuku as a victim.
Shoto will be forced to use his fire side during or after the Training Camp Arc.
After his failure, Shoto will end up using his flames. However, the reasons behind this will be one of three reasons.
- 1: His ice will no longer cut it.
- 2: Recovery Girl tells him that he is effectively killing his organs by relying solely on his ice and that if he continues it, he will at best, be permanently bedridden for the rest of his life, and at worst, die before graduation.
- 3: Izuku forcibly explains to Shoto that half-assing it will end with him or others killed.
