Sleazy was killed at Carnage Hall

The reason he just disappears halfway through the film is because he simply wasn't involved in the events of the second act in Nuke York and then, when Mok unsuccessfully summoned the demon at Carnage Hall, he was killed in the crossfire like most of the people in the audience.
