• Constance, Lydia and Bobbi are meant to be recast versions of the same character. They're extremely similar and even if they have different names and one has a kid, they're very much different in the script.

• They're not getting as many bad comment cards as they seem. Otherwise, they'd be fired

• The team leader doesn't have firing/hiring power. It's the only way to explain why they don't do the sensible thing and fire insubordinate employees and why the employees act out.
