Satchel Cannon is Mike Milligan from Season 2
Mike Milligan is an African American man who would be in his late 30's in 1979. The age of the two characters may agree if the writers decide to do it. There may be reasons why Satchell changes his name, but that probably means bad news for the Cannons. It could make sense for Mike to have this backstory, considering his ambition to climb in to the Kansas City mob hierarchy.
