Simone is a City Slicker
Simone's "Far Away" origins are likely some sort of big city. Simone is an Osamodas, a race normally known for a strong connection to nature and have a liking of, or at least indifference to, all the creatures of the World of Twelve. Simone has such a weak connection to nature that she's even afraid of spiders. Simone's domestic occupation and street smarts also indicate an urban upbringing. The Mad Xelor is Nox.
While there isn't much evidence to this, all we know about Nox is that his family died an unspecifically long time ago (as of Wakfu) and he's been gathering Wakfu for more than 200 years. Plus, he is a Xelor and is quite mad. Who's to say he hadn't been experimenting with time magic for a long time before undergoing his plan in Wakfu?- As fun a reference as this would be, the timeline doesn't work out. Nox didn't start going crazy or even have much magical/technological talent until he got his hands on the Eliacube, which was a few years before Ogrest's Chaos at most. Since the world isn't flooded in Kerubim's present time, and he's dealt with the Mad Xelor when he was younger, Nox can't be involved.
- Furthermore, Nox is insane, but he's been consistently shown to be focused only on gathering Wakfu to feed the Eliacube. It's unlikely that he'll be wasting precious time and effort to endanger random adventurers and building explosive trinkets for shit and giggles.
