Fur and Feathers is a submod for the Hearts of Iron IV mod Extremis Ultimis, adding the The Nonhuman Republic of Arcadia to the American collapse, a faction consisting of Furries, Otherkin, and Therians.
This Game Mod provides examples of:
- Bunny-Ears Lawyer: A suprising number of the Furries who migrate to Arcadia are experts in fields such as tech, engineering, aviation and biochemistry.
- Inciting Incident: The 2014 Midwest Furfest Gas Attack was much worse. The perpetrators place sarin gas charges in every stairwell, resulting in 300 deaths and over a 2000 injured. The attack and subsequent mockery and apathy from the media radicalized many in the furry fandom and resulted in the creation of many furry militia groups and the establishment of the Non-Humanist Commune of Twin-Tails in the Upper Peninsula of Mishigan.
